NTM - ROUND 3 - PART 5

There are 5 parts to round one all in different threads.
There
are 4 photo shoots which your model has to complete in all and also a
runway excersise in which your model must participate in.
If you do not complete all of these, the points you earn will be halved.

This is the thread for the runway excersise

Using
the doll you have chosen in your application (ie: same head as far as
possible) you need to RPG a runway/catwalk walk. Post your models photo in the item they are showing, rpg your walk, and describe your clothing, style, hair etc

Clothing style MUST reflect the unusual!!

Remember
be creative. Judges will be looking at your style choice, rpg walk and description

For this part, you will be given marks out of 100 from each judge and the average score taken and put on scoreboard

There will be up to 3 people eliminated after this round.

Lights come up on catwalk
Model walks out from curtain, her head high above crowd as she takes her steps confidently forward, down the catwalk. She felt herself trip slightly, though pulled herself straight and hoped that no one saw. Flicking her hair with her right hand, she turned and posed for the judges, before turning and posing to the crowd, first to the left, then the right, before swivelling around confidently and striding back to the exit, turning once more and posing, winking at the judges and then vanishing through the exit curtain

Heredity walked down the runway, butterflies in her stomach. 'You cna do this.' She thought. 'Dont worry about anything.' Violet walked down the runway, hoping not to trip. She focused on the chair and when she reached it, she sat and took her picture. 'I hope I did ok.' She though.

The nerves that filled her stomach hadn't failed to show up tonight, Rowen noticed as the line of models in front of her moved up another space. The night's show was the summer collection for Charming Choice, which ranked second under Witch Weekly for weekly witch magazines. In a short bright pink dress with green, yellow and orange stripes over the bust to her waist and pink heels to match, Rowen breathed in deeply through her nose (to not mess up her lipgloss). She needed to calm down - how was she going to walk right if she was anxious? And her manager was very particular about her walk. As she had explained, it has to be a bit of a strut, but making sure not to look too prissy, while also needing to seem confident and together. The line in front of her dwindled rapidly until somehow she ended up at the front, and then her music, a bit of Lily Allen's 'LDN', began to play. It was time.

Tossing her ponytailed hair over a shoulder, Rowen walked out into the spotlight with, hopefully, just the right amount of confidence. With the basic foot right in front of the other one walk, she made her way down the runway to the end before striking a pose and turning around. Back down she went, glad that she hadn't tripped and fallen off or anything along those lines.

The runway lite up beautifully, As she was to be the first model going out there tonight, Bella was slightly nervous but it was nothing she couldnt handle. She did this every other week and was a confident person by nature, somthing that made her perfect for this career choice. The music started and Bella bopped her head to the beat. It took her a few seconds to realize why everyone was starring at her like she had just sprouted another head. Right, I'm first... Bella remembered as she tossed her hair and daintily stepped onto the runway. She faced the eager crowed with a small smile that was almost a smirk but not quite. Their expectant faces, the flash of the cameras... Bella felt perfectly at home. She struted gracefully down the runway, her eyes screaming LOOK AT ME!!! I'M WHAT YOU WANT!!! to the crowd. She reached the end with a feminine twirl and a sexy pose. Bella let them take a few extra photographs enjoying the attention. When the moment could be put off no longer she walked back down the catwalk and backstage. She gave the next model a reassuring smile before she had her turn in the limelight.

Model Walks onto the runway and crouches in pose as seen in photo (signature pose). He gets up and poses again before walking toward judges, fire coming from the fire vents either side of runway. He holds out his hand over judges heads and produces small fireball which he throws into audience watching and posing as it vanishes. He does his signature pose once again before swishing his sword and striding back to exit, stopping only to give one more signature pose and blow a kiss to the Elven Judge

Runway Style: Urban Grunge
Clothing by: Modern Trash
Hair by: Oscar De' Grouch

Setting: The run way is set up in an urban style with graffiti and random pieces of fake garbage scattered everywhere. This is a benefit for the homeless shelter of Chicago, so the artists and planners behind the event decided that it should be very post modern and showcase the people that the charity is in fact trying to help.

Model Walk: Elizabeth walks out and halfway down the run way she pulls the garbage bag off from around her shoulders, the much needed accessory for living and keeping warm on the streets. She walks slowly but still with an edge of sass until she reaches the end, where she pauses for a moment to ask for some change. And in this moment the photographer shot the picture you see above. After a moment she smiles and says thank you and then makes her way back down the run way slowly but with just as much sass and attitude as when she walked out.

Hair Style : Hair in front is pulled back, leaving only her bangs in the front.

Ginny stood back stage, watching the two girls in front of her turning around on the catwalk. She was nervous and excited all at the same time. It was her first runway show, and she was hoping it would all go good. Ginny took one last look at her skirt to make sure it fell right and then watched as Aliza finished up. She saw Aliza give her a thumbs up as soon as she was in the wings, then tapped Ginny on the back.
Ginny started out, right leg first, then left. She was totally in her zone, hearing the crowd clap for her made her better somehow. When she got to the end, she struck a pose, and turned to head back to the wings to change for her next run.

Kida walked into the changing room her heart pounding as always before she went out onto the cat walk. Pulling of her skirt and top she looked at the agenda for today’s shoot. Her instructions were to be eccentric. Puzzled by this she began to look through the long rail of clothing inside the wardrobe. Many things flashed before her eyes some fitting the profile others just cute. Clothes strewn on the floor she was about to give up until she saw something still in a plastic bag.
Reaching out Kida grabbed hold of the bag and pulled out a Genie costume. Giggling to herself she remembered ordering this online for a fancy dress party but went as a mermaid instead. “Well they wanted eccentric” she said to herself pulling on the costume she smiled at her reflection giggling her head of she looked back at the bag to find a small genie lap. “Perfect” she muttered to herself.
Pulling herself towards the mirror she began to work on her make-up using slightly large strands than she would normally she colour co-ordinated her make-up with her clothing. Once that was done Kida was just about to get ready to go on stage when strewn on the floor was a green head scarf. “Yes” she cried picking the item up from the floor and wrapping it around her head. Kida loved to accessorise and although the item wasn’t the same colour as her outfit didn’t mean she couldn’t wear it.
As Kida prepared herself to go out on stage she felt the familiar terror wash through her. Taking deep breaths she listened as the song before started and that was when she remembered the puppet. Sprinting back to her changing room she grabbed hold of the puppet and attached it to her hands, running back she made it just in time to hear the start of her music, I’m a genie in a bottle slightly out of breath Kida walked out onto the stage.
The crowd cheered and whooped as she pranced up and down the stage heart bubbles being sent everywhere as an added effect to her costume. Forgetting all about her nervousness Kida enjoyed her moment of fame revelling in the spot light. As she reached the end Kida began to shake her body in time to the music swaying the puppet on her fingers as she was about to turn and leave the stage Kida threw the puppet to the audience in the spirit of the moment.
A large grin spread across her face Kida began to strut back to the end of the stage just before turning around to go back into the changing rooms she began to shake her body again more and more bubbles coming from the genie lamp and when the small heart shaped bubbles were covering her she ran from the stage and into the changing room.
Adrenaline pumping through her she collapsed into the changing room floor giggling to herself. That really was one eccentric show she had just pulled of.
