Here I will post general updates every so often (hopefully every month) to bring together certain things that have happened with Hufflepuff in the past month

New Second Head of Hufflepuff
Ellemanae took over from Streams of Silver earlier this month. She hopes to do as good a job as Streams and wishes streams good faith and thanks.

New Term Preparations
Although we are still fighting to catch up with the other houses in housepoints, works has started on new preparations for the new term which is in just over a months time. Keep watch for all news in Hufflepuff Tower

Quidditch and Badges Preparing for Takeoff

Semi-Finals of Bowling
It is the semi-finals of the bowling tournament with loads of housepoints at stake. Ellemanae is sitting in first place at the moment though Raistlin the wizard is not far behind.

Fire in the Common Room
There has been a report of a fire started by a well known Hufflepuff in our common room. The ministry of staff would like to hand out notices about how to deal with a situation when a member of the house is on fire!

252 to Hufflepuff - 260 to Slytherin - Such a close game but not enough for a victory to us! What went wrong and what can we do next?

There is still time to send your nominations for Hufflepuff awards. Votes should be up this coming week

Housepoints: Only 8000 behind!
Sounds a lot, but we can do it. We might not take the cup but let us try to get out of 4th place!

Hufflepuff take 3rd in House Cup
Hufflepuff members worked extremely hard in the end of term and managed to pass Gryffindor at the last minute and get out of the dreaded 4th position, yet we were still a long way behind.
A new term is a new start and this term Hufflepuff need to take that house cup. Check the portal and the house news for all events, classes, badges, challenges and bring in those points!


Quidditch 2nd Place
A huge well done to the quidditch players last term. We nearly had the cup at only 200 points behind Slytherin. We wish all the team the best for the new term.

BIG EVENT : HE Olympics!
The big event always holds huge amount of points and is always a lot of fun! Go to the event forum now to sign up for the olympic events you wish to take part in and bring in all those points for Hufflepuff. The more Hufflepuff participants we have the more housepoints we recieve.

Hufflepuff Common Area
The dorms have gone and in its place is a full common area for chat and fun! Dorms may come back so watch this space!
