How did you find this site?

I know a lot of people got here through HPFF, but since then, we've had many more members join. So how did you find this fantastic site?

I remember being on the HPFF chat, and no one was talking to me. I felt so alone, lol

But they told me they were working on homework. And then they were like.... how do you spell that charm that is the one that makes the guy... blah blah blah.

I was like, what does that have to do with ur hw? And they said they were working on Charms Class

I was VERY confused, but then they explain everything... and I came here immeaditly!

HPFF Chat AND someone told me about it? The lovely owner admin person did. :D Hehe.

i was on the HPFF chat, and like pillow, i was confused about what they were talking about. i asked, elfie pointed out the link, and well...... here i am!

well Jess mentioned it and so did kitty then i was in hpff chat and elfie was talking about it and amy talked about homework and then i remember someone saying that they were working on getting their housepoints. then jess told me more about it and so did amy and elfie and so i came and couldn't figure out what to do but thankfully jess helped me and then i started mostly just reading it for a while and finally i got involved cuz at first i was scared to do anything. But then I started getting more confident when people started feeding my ego :D :D :D And so I started to work on a little hw here and there and post a bit. Then I saw the Quidditch post and was like "WHOA WE HAVE A QUIDDITCH TEAM!" and then saw that there was a need for a seeker and duuuude I really wanted to be on the team and so after reading the 1st game Slytherin had I was posting in hopes Snape would let me join the team and he did!!! That was soooo awesome and I really got into being a good seeker and I started getting involved with the game. Then I noticed some posts on doing duels. So I signed up for them but got disappointed that my 'opponent' didn't post. Thankfully though, elfie let me go to the next round and my partner was Pad and we had a great duel. Well then came a new activity-Debate Team! I was so excited since I was on my school debate team that I signed up once I read through it. Oh and at the time I was always in the rp room rping but that kind of dwindled off as I started posting more on the forums and just stayed in chat, just chatting with everyone. And then came more cool activities that I can't list them all like BoTB, and HEMM, and then before I knew it, I was getting involved in soo many activities and then got nominated for awards, and even won some and became a Prefect!! And here I am! :D :D :D
Man I tell ya, Elfie is really awesome!!!!! There's so much cool stuff on this site I even have trouble keeping up :D :D :D And I have made so many friends here that I have a hard time tearing myself away!!
Plus later today I have a skate comp to do and I am sooo nervous so I am posting and trying to calm myself heh.

I was trying to find this old Beauxbatons site and when I searched I got the Beauxbatons and Durmstrang exchange here. I saw language stuff and Hogwarts and I had to stay. I'm glad I did. :D

anyways... elfie bugged me to join, duckie did, marie did, swifty did and a couple of others did (i knew all of them closer from hpff and since the incredibly insane SCAVENGER HUNT!!! *dies*) and one day i got sick of being poked and came here. hahaha i love it. AND i'm a mod, i was never a mod before so YAY!!

A friend of mine started a graphics website. Duck the Duck signed up for it and left an image link in her signature. I was like, "The Hogwarts Experience, that sounds good." So I clicked the link and got hooked right away, and now look at me, your lovely Herbology professor! and Slytherin quidditch chaser!"

I love this place. It is so easy to get hooked as there is so much to do! I love you all like family already!
