Olympic Café

As always Events need a chat area to talk to others about their events, shout of glory, and everything else.

Come in and have food and drink and chat with other olympic participants

Rigby walked into the cafe. She signaled the waiter and ordered a glass ofwater with lemon and a bowl of oatmeal and almonds. She wondered where everyone else was. Events would be starting soon and she was rather surprised that Raisty wasn't here. She herself could not wait for opening ceremonies!

Raistlin rushed in the cafe.

"Rigby what do you think you're doing?? Almonds??? Do wish to get fat and throw up while competing because you ate like a pig?"

Amy strolled into the cafe and smiled at Kate and Rai. She was excited for the start of the Olympics, as it was the first event she'd participated in for some time.

She ordered a coffee and a slice of chocolate cake and sat at a table near the window. The first events had already started, and it was time to get to work.

Sharon strolled into the cafe with a smile on her face as she was planning on competing in some of the events as she now had a purple house!

Rigby glared at Raisty. Let him starve himself. Then they would see who crossed the finish line full of energy, and who collapsed before the race was over. She plastered a chilly smile on her face.

"Hey, Raisty. You're looking quite pale today." she paused, then amended, "Well, paler than usual."

She greeted Amy and Sharon, before she turned her thoughts onto the 200m sprint. She took out a notebook and began planning her strategy for a win.

Etta walked slowly into the Cafe, her mind focused on the upcoming events.

She smiled at the waiter as she took a seat in the far corner, and ordered a large mocha with a blueberry muffin, a banana, 100 pieces of Liquorish and six bags of Revels.

"Ah Matthew will be proud," she grinned to herself as she surveyed her junk once the waiter had delivered her order.

Lifting her cup to her lips, Etta took in the other contestants around her and nodded a small hello to each of them, just because they were inferior didn't mean she was not going to be polite, her eyes glanced back at Rai and her lips twitched in a smile.

"hey daddio," she said not to loudly, thinking of him as more of an equal.

Rigby eyed Etta as she came into the cafe. Earlier they had competed in the gymnastic vault, and she had gone just after Etta. The Hufflepuff was serious competition. Still, Rigby smiled at her, before returning to her 200m sprint work. Her olympic schedule was jammed pack, and but she needed to focus on just one event at a time.

Seeing Etta's blueberry muffin made Rigby's stomach grumble with neglect. She made her way back up to the food line, picking out a pumpkin muffin and a hot chocolate with non-fat milk, skipping her beloved whip cream. She didn't want the cream sitting heavy in her stomach.

Sitting down again, she took out her iPod let the music help her plan her sprint.

Gemma entered the café after her first competition, the first round of High Jump. It had been complicated, but it seemed she might just have practised enough to make it to the next round. Now all she could hope for was being as lucky in the next competitions. She knew the 100m and 200m sprints would start soon, and she also wouldn't have much time left before it was her turn to do the first Gmynastics exercise, the vault.

Trying to get her mind of sports for a while, she wlaked over to the food counter and ordered a slice of chocolate cake along with a cup of mint tea. Both would hopefully manage to calm her down, she mused as she sat down at a table in the more quiet corner of the café. She did plan to meet some of her fellow competitors, but for now peace was more important. Enjoying her sinful meal, Gemma slipped off into a daydream of medals and success.

Sarah wandered into the cafe. She had just completed the 200m sprint and the high jump, although she didnt think that she had done very well at all. Her litte boy had kept her awake and she had totally forgotten to turn up for the 100m sprint and was kicking herself

Raistlin got back to the cafe to relax a little bit. He had just finished an outstanding performance in gymnastics vault thus finishing all of the Olympic events so far, so he had a while before new challenges came in.

Looking around he waited for others to join him and comment on the ongoing events. Maybe he could slip something to someone glass making sure he knocked off competition...

Rose sighed and walked into the cafe. Looking down at her feet, she snatched the nearest table and toyed with her new lip ring. Her heart was beating faster than the cars outside where moving. Rose set her books down in the chair next to her and pushed her hair out of her face. "Why did I sign up for this?" Rose said rather loud, forgetting that there where others in the cafe. Suddenly, she lurched forward, grabbing a handful of napkins and holding them to her face. Her body shook in a worried spasm, and she felt her stomach twist around inside of her. The beads of sweat dripped down her face and she glanced around for water.

Etta noticed Rose and decided to go check on her favorite four legged Beater.

As she stood from her own table, Etta quickly made a slight detour and went to the counter, buying 2 chocolate badger muffins, two mochas and a slice of Nurse Heath cake.

Carrying the tray over to where Rose was sat, Etta donked herself down into a chair opposite her friend and smiled.

"Nurse Heath Cake, look!" she said instead of saying hello. Etta pushed the cake under Rose's face. "What's wrong?"

Gemma came back into the café a little exhausted. So far she had taken part in all of the events, and she might even have been rather successful, as she thought to herself. Now she was waiting for new competitions and while doing so, she had decided to come by for a freshly squeezed orange juice. After she had gotten it at the counter, along with a fluffy Banana Nut Muffin, she sat down at a random table and looked around.

A few tables away she saw Rai who was looking as if he was up to something. She pondered talking to him for a moment but remembered his face couldn't possibly mean any good. Instead, she waited for someone a little less competitive to join her. Until then she'd listen to some upbeat music and eat the delicious little muffin.

Rose glanced at Etta walkinbg up to sit beside her. She tried to smile at her HoH's Kind words and fantastic cake, but the twisting in her stomech made her grabb a few more napkins and moan in distress. "I...I'm sorry you have to see me like this Etta!" She managed to say in a hoarse voice. "I'm ok, really. I just have a tremendusly horried reaction to stage fright..." Rose felt the strange itching in her throat and tried to hold down the vommit. "To many people..." She managed to say.

Etta smiled at the litle badger girl. Leaning forward she whispered to her friend.

"do you want me to poision the water so there's no competitors left? Or maybe i could run around the crowd and blindfold them ... so they can't watch .... Or how about i just unleash Bobette!"

Etta grinned a rather evil yet somewhat angelic smile.

"I'll listen when i finish hyping up Bobbette for Etta's evil plan!" Matthew squeaked after he put his head around the corner then disapeared again....

*with bobbette*

"Out there are some loverly slythies to eat, their lovely and juicy, mouthwatering...."

Bobbette shook the bars on her cage until it fell over and the door opened. Matthew was extremely alarmed...

*back in the room again*

"ALL JUICY LOOKING SLYTHERINS NEED TO AVACUATE THE BUILDING PLEASE... THAT INCLUDES YOU RAISTLIN... YES! I'M TALKING TO YOU!!!"

*turns to Chloe*

"Right im all ears"

Rigby walked back into the cafe, feeling as if she never actually left it. And yet she was exhausted by the hurdle event she had just finished. Who knew jumping could make you so hungry?

Ignoring the battle of badgers and snakes, yet being careful to make eye contact so they would know she wasn't afraid, Rigby made her way to the food line. She wanted cake and Coke, and she wanted it now.

Coming in after yet another competition, Gemma was a little taken back by some chaos in the café. She wasn't quite sure what was happening exactly yet she decided that it couldn't be any more important than proper nutrition. Therefore she stood in the food line behind the girl that'd done her vault before her. She had every intention of ignoring healthiness throughout the whole Olympics, but her bad conscience wouldn't shut up about fruit and water.

She decided to go for water - only in the appearance of a steaming cup of orange tea - and apples on an apple cake. Good thing she'd always been willing to compromise! Once she'd received both, she wandered over to the table that had become something of regular seat and plopped her earphones in her ears. Time to drone out the world and get mentally ready for the 2nd round of the High Jump. Even though se was still quite surprised she'd even made it there...no, that wasn't a good thought to be thinking while trying to prepare.

Raistlin looked disgusted to whatever that Bobette might be.He was angry beyond measure for having barely lost a medal being placed 4th in the 100m sprints so hiis look was enough to make the creature unsure of what to do then he looked at pickles

"I will leave the building but only because I have competition to win and you to leave crying."

Raistlin then left to complete the 100m hurdles

Rose laughed a little, glad that Etta was trying to cheer her up. Rose took in a deep breath and leaned back in her chair. "Thanks Etta's, but I think that-" Rose herd Matthew yelling at the top of his lungs and she turned her blank face to look at him. Picking a fight with Rai, eh? Smiling slightly, Rose poked Etta. "Matthew and your father don't seem to be getting along..."

Rigby dragged herself back into the cafe, tired and disappointed in herself for the javelin throw. Only one thing would fix this. Hot chocolate!

The place seemed pretty empty and slow. She curled up in a corner with her hot chocolate and pumpkin muffin and began to improve her mood. She needed to find her happy place before the floor exercise in the group gymnastics. As the warm cocoa worked it's magic, Rigby kept and eye out for any new cafe arrivals.

Erika dragged herself into the Olympic Cafe and slid into a booth. Unable to get up she had to do without her usual Frapachino. As her eyes slid closed she fell into a deep trance between reality and your dreams. To Erika this was day dreaming but others begged to differ.

Opening her eyes to the bright rays of the sun she noticed Rigby enjoying her Hot Cocoa.

"Eh! Dumbaleedore, can you get me one of those?" She asked her head on the table and hand in the air waving a $20. Finally looking at the menu her eyes grew wide, "AND A BEGAL!!"
