Round 1 - Team Foundation and Formation

Greetings to all players.

I know you must be eager to get up on those brooms and soar your way up to fame but before you so, there are some details that should be settled. Therefore this first round will deal with administrative issues.

Within two weeks you must have decided and made:

- Elect a Team Captain
- Decide which player gets which position? (There should be at least 3 formations, you won't all play the same position the entire Cup)
- Pick a name for the Team
- Chose a mascot (purple hippo and her offspring are out of bounds)
- Design your Quidditch Robes (present an image/graphic for each team player.
- Get a Sponsor (provide the sponsor logo as well as a brief letter saying why they decided to support you as a team)
- Carefully pick your brooms and explain why you decided on those particular brooms, the entire team does not need to have the same broom (warning: a team with Firebolts only claiming they're the best brooms will lack in originality points)

This is it, this taks will prove if you can make decisions and work as a team and decide your future within the cup. When the two weeks period ends I will open individual threads for each team in which the Team Captain should post all this information which will be turned into a sticky thread so one can always see it througout the entire Cup. For now I'll open your team planning threads.

Here are the scores for the first round. Remember, Quidditch is a group sport, therefore all points will be equally shared at the end, you're a team for good or for bad, if you see some members are not collaborating enough it's your job to sort it out as a team.

ROUND 2 - ASIA & NORTH AMERICA TOUR!

So the games are finally going to start! For this first part of the WORLD QUIDDTICH CUP, we'll start in Asia and North America. Quidditch will work like usually except for a little twist in every country. More information will be provided the game threads.

The World Quidditch Cup will continue next term, however points earned so far will added to this term's total. Each member of each team gets the total amount of their team score.
