:: Herby steps into the duelling area, as her hands were full of books. Placing down her books towards the side, she gets ready to duel. Looking around, Herby realizes that she is early, apparently she thought she was late.::

::After a few minutes, she catches her breath, and relaxes. She didn’t get to relax long, as Jenn entered the area. Herby could see, sweat coming down from Jenn’s face. She realized the same thing happened to Jenn as well.::

“Lets get this started.” :: Herby said, as Jenn took her position.::

:: She pulled out her wand and said, “burbuja máxima del protector!!” (a huge protection bubble that shimmered in the light, surrounded Herby.)

:: Pointing her wand at Jenn, she cast a spell.:: “los lobos aparecen” (wolves came shooting out of Herby wand, looking very hungry.) The wolves were surrounded Jenn, and they started encircling her.::

::Jenn entered the dueling room quietly, her eyes scanning the room. Startled to see Herb already there, she let out a slow nervous breath. Smiling slightly at Herb, she took out her wand from the waistband of her lucky pink tutu that changed colors in the sunlight. Her smile quickly turned to a small frown of horror as Herb aimed a well placed spell in her direction that sent many hungry snarling wolves her way.::

::Aiming her wand toward to sky, she whimpered slightly and cried out frantically, "Pluvia Caro!" [rain meat] The roof suddenly opened up and huge pieces of meat rained from the sky, causing the wolves to stop charging toward her and settle down to eat. Still frowning to herself, Jen thought quietly, 'I actually meant to turn the wolves into mangoes...Oh well, this will work. But I can't make anymore mistakes like that. Maybe I've gotten over my head and can't handle this duel." Noticing Herb just waiting for her to make another move, Jen chanted the first spell that came to her head. " Fructus Turbo!" [fruit whirlwind] This caused hundreds of different kinds of fruit fly around Herb in a quick whirlwind storm. Jen's stomach grumbled, "Sorry," she joked to Herb stuck in the whirlwind "I was a bit hungry and missed breakfast." Plucking a tangerine from the whirlwind, she quickly peeled it and ate it, careful not to get any juice on her lucky tutu.::

:: Herby watched and laughed as Jennifer enters the arena wearing a hot pink tutu. To Herbys surprise the tutu, matched Jenn’s eyes. Part of Herby wished she was able to afford one. Before Herby knew it Jenn had made the wolfs full off meat, and fruit flies started attacking herby. Feeling a bit hungry herself, Herby decided to snack on the fruit flies. How yummy they were.::

:: Herby was finally full with a variety of fruit flies. Some tasted like strawberry, and others tasted like a hint of kiwi. Feeling like it wasn’t fair that Herby was full and Jenn wasn’t. Herby whipped around and yelled::

“Pudín de Chocolate” :: This sent chocolate to cover over Jenns body. Jenn was completely brownish.::

:: Herby watched as Jenn, started tasting the yummy chocolate. But she also noticed that Jenns hands had become slippery and was having a hard time holding on to her wand. Herby quickly ate another stray fruit fly, and watched Jenn through the chocolate eruption.::

"Blah!" Jen made a face as she slipped all over the ground. "I don't even like chocolate! And for your information this tutu is pastel pink!" She tried to grab her wand to make the mess disappear but her wand just slip through her fingers! As she tried to pick up her wand, she slid on the chocolate and fell straight in her bottom. "Ouch! Thats going to give me a huge bruise after this is over with." Jen moaned to herself. She then did the only thing she could. She stood up and stood on one leg as she leaned to the side.::

'Extremus Gelu' she thought in her mind. [extreme cold in latin] Slowly the room became colder and the chocolate around her body started to harden. For several minutes, Jen stood still in the chocolate statue. When Herb turned to leave, the Jen statue started to rock back and forth on her left foot. Suddenly the statue crashed onto the ground, cracking the chocolate around her and freeing Jen.::

"Haha I'm free I'm free." Jen looked around and started sweeping up the chocolate bits around her. "Might as well not let it go to waste." She pointed her wand at Herb. "Glacies Crepito. Here have some dessert!" [ice cream squirt] Ice cream squirted out of Jen's wand at Herb, causing her to fall over and start slipping around. When Herb was stuck in a frozen mountain of ice cream, Jen conjured up a cherry and stuck it on top.::

:: Herby watched as Jenn struggled through the chocolate mess. She could see her starting to panic from the lack of grip of her wand. Feeling like Herby should try to do something, Herby started to turn around, before she was able to help, Jenn had somehow regained her gripping, and started freezing the arena.::

:: With a flick of her wand, Herby applied a nice baby blue winter coat, with fur protruding from the collar. The warmth started making Herbys upper half ok, but her lower half was freezing. She could see Jenn becoming a statue and cracking of the chocolate. With another flick of her wand, Herby had placed a snow pant with a glossily appeal.::

:: After a few minutes, Herby felt like she should be in a much colder place, possibly the North Atlantic (lol). Herby watched as Jenn started savaging up the little pieces of chocolate, and a few snacking pieces. Herby gasped, as Jenn started to get full, and Herby was starving.::

:: Before Herby could take back that thought, she was pounded with ice-cream, vanilla to boot. Herby quickly flicked her wand, and make a spoon appear. Herby quickly started eating the ice-cream that surrounded her. After a few minutes, Jenn decided to add the cherry. With a huge, gasp, Herby quickly stopped eating the delicious desert. The cherry on the ice-cream made Herby gag.::

:: Before Herby could enjoy anymore of the nasty cherry on the ice-cream, Herby flicked her wand and yelled.::

“net oyez!!” :: This caused the ice-cream mess to clean up, as Herby glared toward Jenn. With another flick of her wand, Herby yelled::

“Fille de vache” :: This caused Jenn to transform into a cowgirl. Herby laughed and pointed, as Jenns cowgirl outfit was white with pink frills. With a quick glance you were able to see the tutu, protruding from the outfit, as a fake horse on a stick was protruding between Jenn legs. Herby quickly grabbed her stomach as the fake horse had its own tutu.::

"Why howdy ya'll," Jen drawled as she twirled a long braid around her fingers. "Well, I don't know about you but I reckon we should wind up this duel so that I could get my rancher out of dem saloons before the poor dear gets full as a tick and creates a bit of a fuss don't you?" She looks down at her tutu, "Oh my my my, my lucky tutu has become dreadfully flithy don't you reckon?"

::She cleaned her tutu and took a look around. Noticing Herb still bent over laughing, she made a slight frown. "Why, that's not very fine as cream gravy for you to laugh at me when I'm in such a mess now ain't it?" She pulled a rope from her belt and swung it over her head. Jen then threw it as her granpaw (yeah I said granpaw lol) taught her when she was a wee yonder tall. It landed right around Herb, and Jen tightened it as if she were herding some cattle. "Doisun tuntra!" [Different tutu] A olive green tutu appeared around Herby's waist. Yet this wasn';t an ordinary tutu. Jen's pink tutu gave her good luck. The green tutu was the worst type of BAD luck that could happen. And Herby couldn't take it off or change it unless Jen did it for her. Jen let out a ladylike giggle as Herby took a step toward her and slipped on some water on the ground.::

"I guess them tutu's do work don't you reckon?" Jen said with a smile.

(LoL I had to look up those words in a Cowboy slang dictionary!! lol and I added some southern words too..lol I had fun with this one I might stay a cowgirl..lol)

:: Herby quickly stopped laughing as Jenn was confusing her, as she tried to listen to the jumble of speech that was coming from Jenn’s mouth. Part of her was wondering if non-verbal spells would work, considering verbal spells sounded like Jenn had stuck her finger in one of those muggle sockets.::

:: Herby stopped wincing from listening and gently flicked her wand towards herself. With a small verbal spell, Herby was able to understand exactly what Jenn was saying. Finally after listening to jumbles, actually words were protruding from Jenn’s mouth.::

:: Before Herby knew it, Jenn did this cool cowgirl move that she had seen on a muggle television. Herby watched in awe, as the rope did a cool circle move. Before Herby could react the rope was rapped around Herby’s legs. With a quick thump and a loud whale, Herby was quickly pined towards the ground. Jenn flicked her wand, but Herby didn’t understand what she had done, as she was still wondering what happened. Herby quickly looked down and saw a beautiful tutu on her.::

“Aww, a Green one.” :: Herby glanced towards Jenn. :: “How did you know, that green was my favorite colour.”

:: Herby touched the green tutu in awe, she was so excited that she had been given a gift. Looking up Herby saw Jenn smirking. Herby quickly took her pride back, and stopped touching the tutu.::

I hope she doesn’t tell my housemates. I could never live this down.

:: Herby quickly regained her composer, and stood up. With a huge sigh, Herby tried to pull off the tutu. Before she was successful, some of the ice-cream was left on the floor, and with a huge scream, Herby slipped, and fell on her bottom.::

“Great!!” ::Herby screamed:: “Now my pants are wet, could this day get any worse.”

:: Herby carefully stood up, and regains whatever dignity she had left. Without thinking Herby flicks her wand, and yells a spell, but for some strange reason the spell backfires, and Herby is covered in cooked, slimly spaghetti. Noodles covered every orifice of Herby’s body. Herby glared towards Jenn, as the smirk on her face got bigger.::

(lol I can't keep up the cowgirl talk anymore...lost that website with the cool words..lol)

::Jen started laughing so hard that she fell back and slipped on some melted ice cream and hit her head on the wall. Her head immediately started to throb.::

"Owww!! That's going to leave a huge bump tomorrow morning." Jen muttered as she rubbed the top left side of her head. "Hey! My cowgirl accent disappeared! I thought the accent went well with my tutu. Oh right back to the duel."

::Jen stretched out and let out a loud yawn. Conjuring up a large pink cloud to fill up the room, she sat down on a chair and beckoned Herby to join her.::

"Why don't we take a little break before we continue?" Jen asked with a slight grin as she pulled cookies and tiny cupcakes out of her bag. "Just to refresh us a bit." She took a bit of a chocolate cookie and let out a loud sigh. "By the way, if you're worried this pink cloud is an anti-magic cloud to insure that we won't attack each other during our break." She waved a cup of snow ball under Herby's nose. "Strawberry or Lemonade flavor?"

:: Herby watched and glared towards Jenn.::

Did she really expect her to fall for that. :: Herby thought to herself.:: Its bad enough that I have a massive bad luck spell on me. Just my luck I would nicely sit down and be attacked my flying chairs with purple hair.. Or something.

:: Herby started rolling her eyes, and realized she need to stop talking to herself. People would start to think she was mental. After a few seconds had passed, Herby quickly regained her composer.::

“Hum..” :: Herby cleared her throat:: “Lets see, where were we. Ah.. Yes I remember.” :: Herby started to stare at that pinkish cloud, which was just above Jenn’s head, and remembered what Jenn had said. Herby quickly thought of an idea, of course Herby always thinks up good ideas.::

:: As a smirk forms on Herbys face, Herby quickly flicks her wand. Well doing so, she could see Jenn staring at her, as Jenn expected nothing to happen. Of course Jenn was wrong, as usual. :: Herby thought again to herself.::

::All of a sudden, the pinkish cloud was turning black, as a huge gust of wind started to blow down on Jenn. Herby was quite pleased with her self as Jenns, “Martha Stewart’s” cookies and muffins were destroyed.::

There is no way she was going to poison me. :: Herby thought again to her self, as she smacks herself in the head.::

“Quit talking to yourself” :: Herby gasped, as she realized she said this out loud. This only caused Jenns sadden face to gain a huge smirk.::

::Jen got blown toward the wall as she watched her cookies and cake get destroyed in Herby's horrible wind spell. 'If she didn't want any she could have just told me instead of wasting Dobby's time making those cookies for the duelers.' Jen thought to herself with a sad sigh.::

::Standing back up, she dusted off her lucky tutu and raked her brains for a new spell. Suddenly she remembered a neat spell she learned in Asia on her vacation with Oliver last summer. He was such a doll! He made her the most romantic picnic by the lake with homemade rice- Jen shook her head as she tried to focus back on the duel. There would be more Oliver time later.::

::Raising her wand over her head, she swished her pink wand, to match her tutu, three times and ended with a dramatic flick of her wrist. "Cagojelus Speculum!" [cage of jelly mirrors in latin] Herb was then enclosed in a large jelly reflecting cage. The mirror in the jelly reflected any spell that Herby would cast as well as with Herb's bad luck, there was no telling where her spell would land. The cage's jelly interior moved up and down like a muggle's waterbed causing Herb to lose her ballance several times.::

"Susicivus Tutela!" [extra protection in latin] Jen chanted in case one of Herb's spell managed to escape the cage.::

:: Herby shrieked as the walls started closing in around her. She could feel the jelly wall and the sliminess to them.::

What on earth was Jenn thinking? :: Herby thought to herself. Surly it was cruel and inhuman to cage up a person like this.

“Jenn let me out!” :: Herby cried:: “Or…Or… I’ll eat the Jelly” :: Herby stated, as she pounded that statement.::

Surely Jenn didn’t expect her to eat it. Right? :: Herby continued to talk to herself.:: If she had, then… she would have at least put a spell on it or something.

:: Herby didn’t know what to think anymore. Every spell that Jenn was throwing at her, made Herby wondering if she had a few screws lose. None of it made any sense. After a few minutes, Jenn could hear Herby laughing. Part of Jenn was wondering what on earth she was laughing for.::

:: Of course back in the cage, Herby didn’t really know why she was laughing, but she did know that the jelly reflected her shape in the mirror. Herby started wiggling back and forth, and saw her image shrinking, and elongating.::

:: After a few minutes Herby started felling a bit sick from the wobbling. Maybe if I stop moving. :: Herby pondered. Of course this was no use, as it seemed the Jelly wiggled by itself. Before Herby knew it, the Jelly cage was now full of vomit. To Herbys surprise her stomach acid from her vomit was eating away at the cage.::

AHA!!! And Jenn thought I still had bad luck. :: Herby said to herself::

:: Of course what Herby didn’t know was that the jelly was only closing more around her. Herby started gasping as the walls started forming around her. Vomit was now protruding all around her.::

::Jen wiped at a stain on her precious lucky tutu.::

"God, I hope that stain's not going to set," she muttered to herself as she tried to scrub the fabric clean. She hit herself on the forehead. "Well, duh Jen not so bright! Scourgify!" The stain instantly disappeared as she brushed it back down. "There that's much better."

::She glanced up at Herb to see how she was doing with her jelly cage. Her stomach lurched a bit when she saw what a mess Herb made in the cage. "That's not very pretty." Jen muttered to herself.::

::Noticing the acid eating a hole through her jelly, Jen cast a quick hot air spell that Hermione herself taught her years ago. As she waved her wand around in a complicated motion, the jelly started to harden, preventing the acid the eat through the jelly too quickly. It also made the cage stop shrinking and wiggling. yet it stayed a shiny reflecting jelly mirror in case Herb casted any more spells.::

:: Herby gasped and watched as Jenn was busy cleaning her tutu, when Herby was suffocating to death. To Herbys surprise Jenn flicked her wand, and made the evil jelly cage stop. When a huge sigh, Herby straightened up and waited. She knew of course that the spell on the Jelly cage would eventually ware off, which of course Herby knew this.::

:: After a few minutes, Herby could see Jenn vacuuming her tutu, trying to get the last few crumbs off from the cookies. Herby smirked and couldn’t help but laugh, and to her surprise the jelly started fading. Before Herby knew it she was free, and was able to smell the fresh clean air. Of course at the moment all she could smell was herself.::

“YUCK!! VOMIT…” :: Herby screamed as she yelled.:: “eccellente pulisca!!” (which was Italian for super clean.)

:: Herby could see the vomit quickly dissolve with a snap of her fingers. Herby glared towards Jenn, and watched again as she had a special brush that groomed her tutu. What on earth is she doing? It’s a piece of clothing. :: Herby spoke to herself once more.::

:: Herby gripped her wand tightly, and yelled.::

“Ongezuurd Broodje Crumbs!!” (bagel crumbs in Dutch)

:: Herby watched in awe as thousands of crumbs started attacking Jenns tutu. Herby sat back and watched as shrieks were echoing through the crumbs. Herby was trying to imagine what Jenn was thinking, but decided she would rather watch.::
