Ginny spotted the young auror in the hallway and immediately ran over to her. She smiled cheerfully as she took out her notebook.

"'Ello Tonks. Where and who were you with from after dinner until Trelawney was found? Oh, and when you got there, did you notice anything-strange about the body? Scratches, wounds, possible breaks?"

:: Herby entered just enough to see Ginny talking to Tonks. Herby quickly snuck in beside them, and waited. After Ginny asked her question, Herby responed, with another one, hoping to catch her off guard.::

"So Tonks. Do you happen to have anything breakable on you. Perhaps glass?"

"Hey Tonks, So what did you do when you heard the scream? Did you even hear the scream?" Pad asked writing down a note on his notepad.

(Tonks grinned)

“What a day! I was with a very close friend from after dinner and, um, all night and I didn’t actually see Professor Trelawney’s…I arrived too late.”

(Tonks looked about her person and pulled out a small photo frame with a tiny crack)

“Only this”

(Tonks grinned)

“And, yes, I heard the first and second scream and quickly went to investigate”

(Tonks grinned again and moved towards the table, knocking a glass over in the process)

“Too much wine”

"Yes, and could we perhaps borrow the picture frame to see if the glass from the scene came from it? We can have it returned to you in a matter of minutes."

Etta walked up to Tonks and grinned, taking her wine from her, Etta took a quick slug and giggled.

"Remus is a dream isnt he!" Etta said happily to Tonks. " Now, just out of curious, you said you heard two screams, did both belong to Professer Trewlaney? Or was one hers and the other not? If so, was the other scream male or female, young or old, as an Auror you surely must have been trained in the art of knowing which is which."

“I was no where near the crime scene, but I am sure I wasn’t the only one who had a bit much…um wine”

(The picture frame and the glass do not match)

“The second scream was human, that is the one I went to investigate which turned out to be the professor, but the first scream, that was more high pitched…came from the other direction, not human I would say”

(Tonks frowned)

“At the dinner? Why all the adults had wine…it was Christmas…I think I had a little too much”

(she giggled)
