Favourite, Random, Non-Toxic Foods

It thought we should have a place where we could show people how genuinely random we are and talk about our favourite, random but delicious, and not toxic, foods.

We have loads of other favourites...and food is an essential social activity.

If any of that makes sense then good! I spent ages making up big words.

Anyway.

I have a current craze for greek youghurt and honey with grapes. It's a healthy breakfast thing but I eat it as a snack.

What does everyone else think?

I say ew. Well, actually, I don't know what it tastes like. But still. You eat so weirdly. At least you had curly fries today.

Right. I've had a recent obsession with strawberries. Yummy strawberries! I don't know what it is about them but there we go.

I don't think that food is a, er.... what did you say? 'An essential social activity'. There we go. It's good for socialising, yes, but that's over in 15 minutes then you're off to go do your own thing. Like sitting in the library all the time. Italics intended.

And I've had lots of prawns lately... mmm... prawns.... *is addicted to seafood* :D

By non toxic, I mean...stuff that won't poison you...or basically things that aren't disgusting. Like...chocolate and mushrooms.

Or even just mushrooms...urgh...*Shudders violently*

No..Opposite. Chocolate is the best thing sice non-stick-frying pans.

Also. Try eating a bite of icecreamand then taking a sip of coke. It is an explosive combination. It's apparently (never tried it myself) like adding water to acid instead of acid to water. :flower:

I've heard if you eat sherbert then drink coke it's like an explosion...

I like mini carrots, salad, pickles, ketchup XP Even though it has sugar, potatoes, beans, peas , CORN! :D and other stuff XP

I love apples (eating one right now... tis my dinner lol) and bananas ^^ and raspberries, and strawberries, and peaches, and... lots of other fruits. Ooo, I love tomatoes too ^^

I eat six apples a day, and um.. what do you call them? The big, yellow flowers? I eat.. It's so annoying when you don't know the words! Solrosfrön, if anyone in here should feel swedish. Directly translated, it's sunflower something. Hahaha.

I also am in a cornflakes-and-strawberry jam- with processed sour milk- week. I do have an unhealthy salad- obsession, and I love kexchoklad... But other than that, I'm kind of picky with food. But vegetables and fruits are always ok, except yellow bananas. Bananas should be cold, slightly green (but not so muhc they taste like wood!) without any brown on them.

Do you mean sunflower seeds, Cill? My sister and Mum sometimes put them on their cereal...ick.

At the moment (though I am not sure this is considered healthy) one of my favourite lunchtime meals is poached eggs with beans on toast. Mmmmm.

I am also addicted to Boots Delicious Ham and Emmental Cheese Sandwiches, for some reason. Boots also make a mmmmmm-inducing Belgian Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Bar. I lurve them.

Yeah, that's the ones! Even though I also like to eat them as they are, the roasted ones with salt are the best..Yum, they taste like peanuts!

I once peeled two pumpkins worth of seeds and when i went to the loo for a sec, my mum and auntie had eaten them all!!!!!!!!!

I think I like nuts on the whole. Cashewnuts... yum. Salted and unsalted peanuts. But sweet popcorn. Definitely sweet popcorn. There is no such thing as salted popcorn in my life. :D

Mmm popcorn. Pistachio's are really the only nuts I like...we can't have peanuts in the house, because Elly has an allergy. I like hazelnuts in chocolate though

Awww. Yes, hazelnuts in chocolate is nice. Actually, chocolate on the whole is nice. Although I've given it up right now so er.... yeah. Lol.

I love juicy fruits like peaches, nectarines, berries, oranges, grapefruit, mango, plums...
I like nuts, too, but I only like sunflower seeds with their shells still on and salted (is fun to crack open and lick the salt off the shells.) And I love anything dairy! My current obsession is cheese-any kind except for the aged ones. And chocolate RULES!!

I like corn and cheese..... I dont know why.... I just do..... Its really weird... but really good.. and then also you can take a tortia chip and scoop some on it and its really goood...

I'm doing this before WL is. We have discovered chips with creme egg. As in, bite the top off the creme egg, dip chip in, and eat. It is sooooooooooo nice..... in a strange kind of way...

Ewww! That's disgusting! Do you remember the 'how do you eat yours...?' adverts? There was a pregnant woman in that advert who ate a creme egg with chips...ick.

I do like Creme Eggs in general though...and Mini Eggs mmmmmmmmm

B-But... you have to TRY it first..... Seriously, I thought it was yucky before I tried it, but when you try it, it's soooooo nice.... but in a weird sort of way. But yes, Creme Eggs are amazlingly fun and sticky and yummy!! Not that I can eat them at the moment...

Make sure your chip is hot and you get a good dollop of cream...that is what i mean by random foods - that you wouldn't eat everyday...would you?

I'd say that's nice, but unfortunately I can't have chocolate right now, which was rather stupid of me, because the creme eggs are nice and the talk of them is making me want one!!!!

Anyway, I recommend Pringles. Of course they're non-toxic, silly!!

Well when it comes to food you can't get better than junk food. I like chips and Ritz peanut butter crackers.

Back to non-toxic foods, I think I love sweetcorn. It's the best thing in the world! It's so soft, and crunchy, and yummy, and yellow, and healthy, and I'm gonna shut up now...

Creme eggs are nice! Just not with chips! They're chocolate eggs with nice gooey fondant stuff on the inside. Yummy!

What is with you and tuna? However muhc I absolutely adore tuna, it's like.... your best friend. I don't think you could live without it. Crazy girl.

I think places like Subway are great. It's fresh, somewhat healthy (depending on what you put in the sandwich), and delicieux!!! :D

I just had cockles for lunch....I love seafood...being originally from bombay and having a fisherwoman coming to my door everyweek with freshly caught fish in a basket... the cats there were so annoying.
