Biorhythms are a theory that claims a person’s life is affected rhythmic biological cycles. These cycles make help make predictions on personal ease of certain tasks. These rhythms are able to control various processes that are composed of three rhythms cyclic. They are physical, emotional and intellectual cycles. Some people claim there are other rhythms that are combinations between the main three rhythms. Bioelectricity has some proponents that are based on biorhythms which are interactions from the body. These theories were originated from 1987 and 1902.

Physiological cycles are known to follow the basic rhythms and may possibly be from other sources as well. The three rhythms are endogenous infradian rhythms. These are based on lies in physiological and emotional cycles. Its been know that they can be represented by symmetric or asymmetric waveforms. With these theories it is possibly that they rely on symmetric forms as well. The most common form is the sinusoidal waveform. It has a plausible bioelectric activity cycle. This is due to a sinusoidal nature in a positive phase with the negative phase. The bioelectric strengthens or weakens. Each day a waveform crosses the baseline again; this means the domain in the cycle is more erratic then non-critical days. The main purpose mapping the biorhythmic cycles is to enable a calculation on certain days that are critical for performing or avoiding certain activities.

A main classical definition of a person’s birth is unfavourable event that 58 days later in the three cycles are again synchronised to a minimum value. The classical theory of each cycle has a value. This value is able to be calculated at anytime in your life; either on an individual level or from websites. So there you have it, a ton of information about a marvellous way at calculating a life’s rhythmic biological cycles.
