CHRISTMAS 2007: What do you want for Christmas?

Alright since it's already all over the place, what is that gift you are hoping to find under the tree this year? Or if you don't celebrate Christmas, get? XD

I personally am hoping to find some new clothes under the tree, and an MP3 player XD Oh and Season 1 of Heroes XD. And a few other things, but those are the major ones. :santagrin:

I've asked for DVD box sets for Christmas, as I can't watch TV here lol

Well, I don't celebrate Christmas with my family but I do with my friends!

Unfortunately we're doing Secret Santa this year so I'll only get one present.

Still, at least it'll be a good one.

Anyway, here's my wishlist. I'm not gonna get everything though.

-The Little Mermaid
-Pocahontas
-A whole bunch of other Disney films.

And also...other stuff too. But I cba to type it out here!

Oh. And to my Secret Santa on HE (Yeah, I know we haven't chosen them yet) I want something personal. Something that shows how much you love me! Cuz you all love me....right?

lol .. what I really need at the moment are: a laptop (which I shall get in summer or so... when the time comes to move out to Uni xD), a new MP3 player (though I've told my mother I'm saving money for that myself. shoot. xD) and a graphic tablet (my mum's never going to buy that herself anyway, cuz she won't know what exactly to get xD)

Except for that... I want choccy annnd a big box of Raffaelo's :D

Ohhh and .. I could also use a new cellphone but .. I'll also get that one more like in spring/summer xD

annnd that would be it. xD .. of course, I could use some money to buy clothes and blabla, but I'm not fussing. xD

.. plus, what they'd really better do (my parents, I mean xD) is save useless-Xmas-presents-money to pay for my Uni next year (at least the first year, then I guess I'm getting some kind of a job xD)

1. Laptop or new home computer. EITHER WAY. I'm just sick of this thing that hardly wants to run because I have 659 songs on it! Grawr. xD
2. Clothes. It's a given, but I'm almost desperately(okay, not really xD) in need for them.
3. Digital camera, since I'm in high school now and am always borrowing my mom's camera to take pictures. xD She gets mad when I show up at home with tons of pictures with me and people she's never met :-D

Besides that my mom and dad always give me and my brothers and sisters a family present and this year I want a Wii really bad. I want a new iPod too. I want a video nano because my nano now isn't video only pictures. Also, clothes of course, the Wicked books and yup. thats about it!

I just asked my mum whether we can get my new mp3 player .. next week xD .. cuz I don't wanna wait XD and she said no, it will have to be under the Christmas tree .. and I was like... "yeah, but you'll buy it with me anyway, cuz I know exactly which one I want.. " and mum: "I'll hide it from you after we buy it!"

Weeell I don't celebrate Christmas.

We do get 8 presents on Chanukah though, one for each day. XD Can't think of 8 things I want or need...except for a dog, but I know I'm not getting one.

Nah, I'm good with what I've got. Except I wouldn't say no to money, of course. Money and a dog. I could live with that. ^^

And money is of course a part of Chanukah as well, so no worries. Chanukah gelt. Lovely.

Well, since money is really tight this year- I have pretty much already gotten all of my Christmas and Birthday (December 23) presents already this year. Half the money for my class ring, and the sweatshirt/swaetpants set for my high school swim team which I will probably be giving all the money that I end up fundraising for back to my parents. However, my friends said they were going to get me Uggs for my birthday since I want them so badly XD Plus, my friend's dad can get them for like 70% off because he is amazing like that. And, I think my aunts and uncles are just going to get me giftcards to clothing store(I ahve yet to go back to school shopping XD) and like sweatpants which I live in. Maybe a movie or two?

But, really, for Christmas I just want everyone else to be happy. I am, for the most part, fine with not getting any real presents. As long as I get my cookies, I'm good XD. Plus, they kindof sorof have to pay for four swimming trips this year, including a week down in Florida for Nationals; so that is extremely expensive even with all of the fundraising I do. I am actually spending Christmas Eve and my Birthday at the local grocery store collecting food for those less fortunate in my area. I also pretty much spend the few weeks before Christmas collecting toys/warm clothes/food. Then I am going to spend most of Christmas at the Soup Kitchen with a few of my friends. We did that last year; they collected toys from local buisnesses for the little kids- it was just so great seeing their faces when they got a new puzzle or a teddy bear. For me, that is the greatest gift of all. XD

XD That would be a miracle indeed, since my mom and dad spent 20 minutes a couple days ago telling me why I couldn't, now or EVER, have a dog. They're convinced that everyone in my life until the day I die will hate dogs. (Ye Olde Jewish tradition doesn't exactly applaud having dogs either...it's a shady gray area XD) So I said that I'll get a dog when I'm a great-grandma and widow and no one ever looks at me. When I'm 90, no one will care what I do. *sigh*

And Chanukah goes according to the Jewish calendar of course, so the dates differ slightly from year to year. This year it starts tomorrow night: 4th December. But the first DAY is the 5th. Yeah, we start celebrating holidays from sundown the evening before.

And now, so this is not completely off topic, I thought of a couple more things I want. But I want to buy them for myself, by myself. So that still leaves the $$$$$ option wide open! So I'll just, um yeah, keep waiting for my chanukah gelt. I never spend it, so THIS year I will. So there. Hmmpph.

and (to keep this at least a bit on-topic xD): I've just gotten my cuuuuuuuute mp3 player today! :D .. that's just because I was shopping with my mum today but I'm on a pretty tight schedule until the holidays, tests and all, and I was afraid I might not get another chance of going shopping until Xmas xD

... actually, I probably won't be going shopping again until after my exams in February. xD

.. but I need to but presents, GAAAHHHHHHHHH xD .... I told my mum I'm just gonna improvise some cards on normal copy paper and write on them something like "Merry Christmas, your presents will be the joy from my final exams results" (hopefully it will be joy!! xD)

ah and now I'm ranting and will stop. xD

Gryffindor Rules

Let's see...At the very top of my list is a Redwood Petite wand from Alivans.com, followed very closely by The Sienna Storm, a broom from the same site. I might get the former, but highly doubt I'll get the latter.

Aside from that, I want the box set of all the HP books (the one that looks like a trunk), Gilmore Girls entire series, Who's Line is it Anyway? season 1 vol. 1, Bare Esentuals makeup, and as many books as I can get.

I really want a laptop because our computers are lacking in the fast department and I think I might be getting one *squeals* cause my dad said that I could get one when I needed it for school and I definitley do!
