Our second anniversary is fast approaching, and we're going to have a lot of challenges, events and other activities in celebration.

This post will keep a record of what's going on where. Presently, challenges have appeared in the challenge chamber and graphics forum, however shortly they will all be moved to a special anniversary forum.

Please Note: All points earned from anniversary events and challenges will not count for this term's housepoint totals, and will instead be added for the new term.

Hogwarts Experience, A History - Collaborative Fanfiction

This is a special challenge – to fictionalise the history of the Hogwarts Experience in a collaborative fanfiction.

It is not meant to show a true history of HE – the idea is to fictionalise it. For example, if you claim the first prompt ‘before the beginning’, you can write about any nameless pre-Hogwarts student. Or if you were to claim prompt two ‘Meeting of the Minds’, you can create your own founders and not base the characters on the real founder of HE – Elfie.

Signature Challenge

It's time to get in the celebratory mood for our second anniversary!

Fill your signature with graphics, blinkies, pictures...anything to celebrate our anniversary. Remember not to go outside of the signature guidelines.

Hogwarts Experience, A History: Banner Challenge

Your challenge is to create a story banner for the fanfiction. It must be 700x110 in size, and have the title of the fanfiction "Hogwarts Experience, A History" somewhere on it. Pictures should be anything you think suits the theme of the story.

The banners submitted will go up for a vote, and the winning banner will be used for the story. Further graphics challenges for this fanfiction will be posted soon, so keep an eye out.

Anniversary Hippocast - Over to You

For this challenge, we'd like members to send in voice clips of themselves, which will all be included into a special edition of our podcast. You can send in as many as you like!

Send in recordings of anything, some ideas...

-A message for someone on HE that you'd like to thank for being a great friend
-A message simply saying Happy Birthday
-Why not sing Happy Birthday?
-A poem, song, drabble or limerick about HE, perhaps?
-A sketch or mini play
-Anything!

Happy Birthday Sing-a-Long Challenge

All you have to do is record yourself singing the traditional birthday song (see below). It must only be your voice (not a video clip) as we will hopefully put them altogether at the end of the challenge to make one single song of all voices.
