Staff of the Month

I was thinking about the student of the month and remembered from my prof days that staff were not included in this.

All the staff on HE both admin and moderator do a great job and was thinking that we coul perhaps do a staff member of the month rather like a member of the month though with us average members voting for the staff member each month. It is a way to show our thanks.

I think this is a great idea and voting for who we think should get it each month is a great idea too, meaning that members can personally have a hand in thanking staff

You know, I've been member of the site for aaages now and I've never won Student of the Month. I guess I'm not that good a student. xD

I think for staff like myself, who have been staff since around the time March 2006, we never got the chance to win SotM and it would be nice to see that our hard work was acknowledged by members in the same way that we acknowledge students.

Although i think sending nominations into Elfie would be better then a poll.
