Next Top Model

This event co-incides with the apparent love of doll making on the site.

In
this event all those who signed up will compete against others in
challenges, photoshoots, fashion and artistic direction, themes and
creativity. Elouai is only one doll site, you may choose to use others.

A the event goes on, members will loose their place (be
eliminated) by judges and the last one standing will take the title and
even more housepoints.

Rules:

1. You must
submit one doll with the same face and features throughout the
competition. Hairstyles may change, though the colour must stay
basically the same. You may change makeup if you choose.

2.
You can use any doll programme as long as they are the usual size of an
elouai doll (5). You can also edit your own if you wish.

What inspires my model: My model is inspired by history, my model like to bring back old looks and make them fashionable again.

Jamie’s favourite outfit:

My models favourite outfit is his black suit; the suit has a tail on the end of the jacket and dice cufflinks. The tailcoat has sliver buttons running down the middle and a design running down the tail of the coat. The white shirt has long sleeves and has a flower design weaving its way down the arm..The trousers are just the right length and fit nicely around the shoe, the belt on the trousers is black and made from leather and the buckle has an eagle standing on a branch carved into it. The shoes are black and always shine in the moonlight they are pointed at the front and the laces are also leather and always tightly tied.

Jamie’s interests and hobbies:

My model likes to read and act, Jamie loves to recite Shakespeare and can often be seen reading over some in his spare time. Jamie also likes to swim; Jamie doesn’t like to be seen out of breath so for him the water is a perfect disguise.

Jamie’s career:

Jamie works in Oxford University in England as a History, Drama and English literature teacher.

Jamie’s personality:

Jamie can often seem very hyper, he loves to laugh and joke around sometimes to the extent where people get annoyed. Jamie is always seen with friends by his side. He won’t let you see him down or upset, but won’t let you mess with him either. Jamie isn’t the nicest guy to get in a fight with.

Jamie should win HE’s next top model because he is clever and outgoing he loves to pose for pictures and always looks the part. Jamie has been asked before to start modelling but turned down the offer for university, now he feels this is his last chance...

2. What inspires your models style?
Her past life, things that have happened while she was growing up. Also the color red, it is her favorite color.

3. Describe models favourite outfit:
A black leather jacket and a red tank top underneath, the tank is a midriff design, Dawn likes to show some fleash. To compare with the jacket she wears a red plaid mini skirt that has pockets with bronze buttons. To complete the look she has her black boots that hit her knees and thigh high red and black socks.

4. Models hobbies and interests
Dawn Sunset would call herself an artist because she loves to draw and sing. Her love for animals isover powering as her need to help young girls that would grow up in her situation.

5. Outside of modelling, what is your models day career?
She takes food to the homeless shelter on Wednesdays and Thursdays, on Monday's she reads stories to young children at the local bookstore. Tuesdays, Fridays, she trains to become a vetrainarian. Saturday night she works as a bartender to help pay for college and Sunday is the day she takes off for herself.

6. What is your models personality?
She's outgoing most of the time, and not afraid to speak her mind. But knows when to hold her tongue. Dawn loves to goof around and joke. On a good day she'll play her guitar for someone who wants to listen and she loves to help people.

7. Why do you think your model should win HE's next top model?
Dawn deserves to win HE's next top model because with the publicity she can do more to help others and encourage others to follow her example.

What inspires your models style?
Her style is just the thrown together look. Her clothes are usually based more on her mood than anything else. One day she may show up wearing something inspired by Japanese style and the next in baggy jeans and a sweat shirt.

Describe models favorite outfit
If she had to pick one outfit she would probably say her concert t-shirt and her comfy ripped up jeans. But as this is a model competition she loves her pleaded green and black skirt along with her puffy green vest and collared shirt beneath.

Models hobbies and interests
Boys are her biggest interest, flirting especially. But her other interests & hobbies include: Inline skating, snowboarding, bmx bike riding, curling up with a good book, sleeping until noon. All and all she encompasses the total alternative lifestyle.

Outside of modeling, what is your models day career?
At the moment she is in between jobs, but she works anywhere that requires her special skills. Her usual places of work are offices, book stores, restaurants, and tattoo shops. She does do quite a bit of volunteer work on the side by spending time at nursing homes and offering her company to the elderly.

Always happy, alway outgoing, extremely hyper and energetic. Can sometimes be slightly gullible, and often speaks before she thinks things threw.

Why do you think your model should win HE's next top model?
Because her winning would prove that you don't have to be the typical uptight prissy girl to be beautiful. It would also show that even alternative girls, who are considered freaks in normal society, are also beautiful regardless of their style flaws. 2. What inspires your models style: Rowen is a history lover, and so loves to take on old styles and modernize them. 'Old' refers back more than you might think - think back to medieval times - but she's a fan of vintage all around.
3. Describe models favourite outfit: Rowen's favorite outfit is a cream top with a gathering at the bust resembling a medieval princess's. There's gold trim around the square neckline, and the shirt itself is long with a thin tie just under the bust. She pairs it with either skinny jeans or a denim mini, and black ballet flats.
4. Models hobbies and interests: Rowen enjoys the business aspect of the fashion industry, and so wanted to try out modeling to get a better feel for the industry. She also dabbles into fashion design, but prefers wearing them than making them. And, of course, a night out with friends is always good to tie in to a day.

6. What is your models personality: She's quite bright, but not over the top super genius. Rowen tends to be friendly, but is easily crossed. When that happens, it's best to stay away.

2. What inspires your models style?
Kida’s style is usually influenced by the dress up side of things. She’s always creative and loves dressing up from a robot to a princess warrior. She loves History and all the culture around her. Her style is usually quirky and she tends to want to go for things that are totally what the other people are not going for.
3. Describe models favourite outfit
Her favourite outfit is one she wore to a fancy dress party namely her female Jedi costume. Consisting of brown trousers tucked into large white boots with a white top with a cape thing coming down. Combined with a red light saber. Unlike most of the other people around her Kida prefers to dress up and enter a whole different world.
The outfit being her favourite not only from her love of starwars but from the significance it holds to her.
4. Models hobbies and interests
Kida loves watching movies and reading books. She could spend most of her days curled up under a blanket getting all the classic movies out and just chilling. Once at a party she’s crazy and usually brightens the place up pulling of all wacky styles. Kida does Yoga three times a week. And adores History.

Kida’s currently and university studying History and law hoping to become a lawyer or a History lecture. She is using the money from the modelling to help pay for her student loan and living costs.

Slightly wacky and eccentric Kida can seem a bit full on at first. Always the first at the party and last one to leave shes a total party animal living for the high light of life. But she also appreciates little things like a Sunday afternoon in with a book.
She’s a secret romanctic at heart though she have only ever read about such a love never experiencing anything like that herself. With her many good quality’s Kida can be very demanding at times always wanting things done right away.

Because Kida is different from all the other models. She does not wear the latest trends preferring to wear he mothers knitted cardigan from the seventies. She would be like a totally breath a fresh air.

Ginnies style takes its inspiration from Japanese fashion, and has a smaller influence from the emo styles of the USA.

Ginnies favourite outfit is one that is quite unique to her. She wears her black skinny jeans with a black tee with multicoloured cassettes on it, under a pink jacket, with ballet flats.

Ginnie likes cheerleading, dancing, and singing. She has always been interested in high fashion, but could never really afford it.

2. What inspires your models style?
Willow likes to be unique, her clothes bought off little stalls or
shops to minimise the chance of others buying them and looking the same as someone else. She has a slim figure and wears slim-fitting clothes to show this.
3. Describe models favourite outfit

Willows best outfit is black skinny jeans with a white intricate tribal pattern running down the edge, a grey top with graffiti style writing and a small black waistcoat. To contrast with all the dark colours, she picks accessories and shoes in her favourite colour- green.

Willow is very creative and in her spare time she paints, make graphics and writes stories. Her favourite book genre is crime/general fiction and most days she can be seen in her favourite chair absorbed in a good book

In the day, Willow is a full time writer, having just got
a contract with a publisher. Previously she was an English teacher in Secondary School

2. What inspires your models style?
Selene's style is all across the fashion spectrum. For example, she can be inspired by the way sunlight hits water one day, and inspired by a certain era the next etc. But in general, Selene is inspired by nature, as well as anything interesting that she learned in class. She can dress a bit understated, but sophisticated, but Selene also loves to go all out: huge accessories, bright, colorful clothes, etc.

3. Describe models favourite outfit
Favorite outfit... but it's so hard to choose! xD One of Selene's favorite outifits is a layered ensemble. It incorporates a sheer dark blue shirt with loose, flowing sleeves that fall from the shoulder to the wrist. It's fitted tightly and comes in under the bust, but then flows out to the waist, similar to the flowing quality of the sleeves. Since the shirt is sheer, of course Selene has to wear something under it! Beneath it, she wears a spaghetti strap tanktop that's white, but kind of shimmery... like light silver. Selene usuallly pairs the outfit with a pair of jeans and either shimmery light silver flip-flops or silvery ballet flats. Of course, she can't forget the accessories! Selene's accessories for every outfit often change, but in general, she wears dangling silver earrings and a deep blue ring.

4. Models hobbies and interests
Selene loves to read and some of her outfits are inspired by what she's read that day. She also loves to go shopping, like almost anyone interested in fashion. Most of all, however, Selene loves to hang out with her friends. They bring out the best in her, unless they're fighting, and Selene can really relax and be herself around them.

Selene is a college student, majoring in English and minoring in History. She enjoys school, though not exactly the homework, and though she procrastinates, Selene almost always gets assignments in on time. She's no genius, but Selene is relatively intelligent.

Selene is shy when first meeting people, but after she gets to know them, she really becomes herself. She's nice and caring, and though her people skills aren't the best, she's a good listener if her friends ever need a shoulder to cry on. Selene hates injustice, but most of the time, she's too shy to stand up for others. She's very friendly, but Selene has a sarcastic side that's a byproduct of being witty, and can sometimes unintentionally hurt other people with her words. She can't hold a grudge, but for the short time that she is angry with someone, that person had better be on their guard.

Well... besides the fact that Gryffindor seriously needs the points... xD I think Selene should win HENTM because she's a hard worker and because she loves modelling with all her heart.

2. What inspires your models style?
~Prue loves simplicity. While most girls shy away from wool sweaters, she’ll tug them on and they’ll simply come to life on her form. The same things happen with things such as a simple gown. Anything basic will simple turn into extraordinary when she wears it. However, she isn’t a plain jane. You’ll see her add little details here and there to really help her shine. She has a bit of a wilder side as well. Prue will wear half-tops and smoky eyeshadow just as readily as the wool sweater

~ Her favorite outfit is comprised of a dark purple blazer over a white camisole, thin amethyst earrings and a ring, and dark jeans. Her shoe preference is flats in a variety of colors.

~ Babysitting for the neighbor’s kids, running errands, building things, helping others

~Prue is currently at school studying to be a Guidance Counselor

6. What is your models personality?
~A dedicated girl, Prue features the combination of resourcefulness and helpfulness that helps out with what she likes to do-which is basically to help others in anyway she can. She works hard, and has a sense of practicality about her to know when things are too crazy. Prue has a witty sense of humor to help lighten up any situation. But she’s got her bad days too. Sometimes she gets a bit preachy, and thinks she knows best. When she gets overwhelmed, she begins to pity herself and gets a bit lost about what to do. She wants things perfect, as she is a perfectionist, and is uptight and critical of things that don’t go her own way.

7. Why do you think your model should win HE's next top model?
~Prue should win HE’s Next Top Model because she wants to be able to help people. As a model, she could become the face for an important foundation and simply do what she loves. Her sense of style generally gravitates towards simplicity in a world where things have to be bigger, better, and flashier. She isn’t an airhead, she has intelligence, and wants to be a good role model. And represent Hufflepuff XD

Carson McBride

2. What inspires your models style?
Carson loves fashion, and any passing trend usually makes its way to her closet. But when she goes to casting calls she prefers to wear neutral outfits, tank top, jeans or a skirt, and her hair pulled back in order to allow the casting agent to picture her in the designer's outfits.

3. Describe models favourite outfit
At the moment Carson in loving her new butter yellow trenchcoat, paired with jeans and high heels. It is casual yet sophisticated, and the rich color looks expensive without appearing gaudy or flashy.

4. Models hobbies and interests
Carson is not your normal model, she graduated high school at 16 and breezed through college by the age of 18. Now at 19 she has a bachelors degree in English Lit with a minor in Radio Broadcasting. She spends her time taking graduate classes, reading, writing and acting in her town's local theater troupe. Since models often have short careers she is planning an after-modeling career of teaching.

5. Outside of modelling, what is your models day career?
At the moment she is a part time graduate student and has a on campus radio show an hour a day during the school week, where she discusses fashion and music trends.

6. What is your models personality?
Carson is warm and friendly with a great sense of humor. Sometimes her humor can lean towards the sarcastic, so her biggest obstacle will be to filter what she says to the judges and the photographers.

7. Why do you think your model should win HE's next top model?Carson is not only a top model, but she is also a great role model, something the modeling community needs. By pursuing her education before trying to break into the business she has shown that she is more than just a pretty face. Young girls can look up to her, and with her sense of humor the average girl can easily relate to her. With her red hair and violet blue eyes, she stands out from the rest of the competition and has a look that could easily take the modeling world by storm.

She thinks that if she becomes top model, that she can help the people that need her. She is not a jerk, and she is not snobby, so she believes she can relate to normal people.

Evelyn Grace Calhoun

2. What inspires your models style?
Evelyn loves having fun and is very athletic so most of her outfits are put together to be comfortable to wear, with bold colors and patterns. Music is also very important to her and the type of outfit she wears that day is usually a direct result of the first song she listened to in the morning. She is very partial to shorts and skirts, as she loves the warm weather along with showing off her awesome legs.

3. Describe models favourite outfit
The outfit Evelyn prefers consists of a basic vivid green hoodie with a yellow stripe down the arms. Short white shorts don her legs with a basic black belt. She adores flip flops and at the moment loves her hot pink polka-dot flops, while the weather is nice. She also favors a white hand bag with various colored x’s and o’s, although the bag is subject to change pretty much everyday.

4. Models hobbies and interests
Sports are a major part of Evelyn’s life, with practices and games occurring almost everyday of her week. Volleyball and soccer rotate with the seasons, though she isn’t afraid to throw in a game of lacrosse or a track meet here and there. Running is also a priority, and she’ll take the time to run a mile or two every day with friends. Evelyn loves her music as well, and although she plays acoustic guitar (rather badly) she mostly just listens. She likes small-town alternative bands that many people have never heard of, that are fun to dance around to.

5. Outside of modelling, what is your models day career?
While Evelyn is at a university on a sports scholarship, she will work weekends at a local sporting goods store, where the hours are long and boring and she feels she should get paid way more for what she does. Which is pretty much nothing.

6. What is your models personality?
Evelyn is very sociable and gets along well with other people. usually. She is very loud and isn’t afraid to speak her mind, even though this will sometimes get her into trouble. Her sporty personality comes out while she is talking, and she bounces around using huge hand movements to gesture about whatever she is speaking about at the moment.

7. Why do you think your model should win HE's next top model?
Evelyn deserves win next top model because she uses all her other skills in life, such as her sports and music, and turns it into inspiration for her modeling. She wants to show people that models can be more than just a pretty face, and that in order to achieve goals, some work must be put into it. *And she loves Ravenclaw and knows the points are well-needed!*

4. Models hobbies and interests: Dog walking (she owns three dogs), cat-sitting (her neighbor owns two cats), shopping, going out with friends, going out to eat, going to movies, preening at the mirror, reading in the park.

6. What is your models personality: She often pretends to be stupider than she is, because in her knowledge it is the stupidest models that get the farthest in the career. That being said, she isn't that intelligent, but is very clever when it comes to her favorite things, like fashion, shopping, etc. She can be very gullible. It strictly depends on her mood. Her personality and clothing reflect upon that aspect.

Her favorite outift of all time is simple and comfortable.
A loose fitted long sleeved white shirt with a light blue logo, ripped blue jean bermuda shorts and funky whitish blue flats with numbers in varied colors.

Cooking is what she does best. She spends her time cooking or baking whether she's or hungry or for people. Although, seemingly delicate, she also has a thing for ice hockey, ice fishing and ice skating- a well known sport in her homestate, Alaska. She also likes going camping and reading a good book in bed.

She is a crew member in an Alaska fishing Vessel.

Alyssa isn't one to lay back. She likes to keep very busy and have everything organized or else she's lost. She has a sweet, motherly nature calling people "honey or sweetie" She offers a helping hand in dire need, but will go for what she wants without hesitation. Seemingly nice and sweet and everything nice, Alyssa isn't afraid to speak her mind when she feels she has to. Her words speak louder than her action in a reverse view and she has a hot temper to match.

She's original and stands out. She is up to date in trends and styles, but she doesn't think it should matter as long as she loves what she is doing, which is modelling. Her fire is being in front of a camera and audience and that desire is much more powerful than how or what she looks like on the outside.

She loves to read and you can find her in the library all of the time trying to find a good book. She loves to hang out with her friends and tries to spend as much of her time as possible on the internet chatting to many people.

2. What inspires your models style?
The style of Arwen is inspired by whatever crosses her path and is considered beautiful by her, including just about everything. However the main direction her style is heading would be elegance and feminity, meaning she likes to wear dresses, skirts and tops with a feminine neckline, yet she always chooses carefully as to not drift from looking like a tasteful woman to looking like a cheap one. Anyway Arwen may also be found hanging around in wide pants and a loose sweater if she ever feels like it, because in her opinion everybody should always wear what makes them comfortable at the exact present time.

3. Describe models favourite outfit
Arwen's favourite outfit consists of a dress with matching accessories: The dress is a strapless black one with white polka-dots printed all over it which comes to just above the knee and features a black satin ribbon at her waist. The shoes are also black and polka-dotted in white, with rather high heels, and furthermore she wears an Alice band with it in the same style (black with white polka dots). Adding a glamourous, yet classy make-up and a stylish hairdo, this ensemble makes her feel she's looking the best she can whenever she's wearing it.

4. Models hobbies and interests
Being an artist is an essential part of Arwen's life: she loves to write poetry, she does some painting and drawing, and the subject of her studies is also related to the art of creating something. Additionally Arwen is fascinated by both admiring and creating beauty, which is her reason for taking part in the 'Next Top Model' competition. To her, winning isn't of the most importance as long as she has a chance to discover new aspects of beauty and to convey a message to others.
Furthermore this young lady is interested in philosophising about everything and everybody as well as in the usual things: movies, music, TV and sports. And speaking of sports, this isn't one of her favourite pastimes, the only kind of sport she's really into is dancing, preferably ballroom dancing.

5. Outside of modelling, what is your models day career?
Arwen studies Architecture, since being an architect had always seemed very interesting to her. For the event of Next Top Model, she will give up studying for a while, but she is determined to finish her study regardless of the outcome of the event.
Furthermore she sometimes has the chance to have some of her poetic work published in small magazines and not that popular volumes of poetry, but she knows she won't earn enough for a living with this, so she concentrates on her study a lot more.

6. What is your models personality?
Arwen has a sweet and funny nature, she is friendly towards everybody and opens up to unknown people quickly. She's also up for a laugh all the time and has a generally optimistic outlook on life. While this positive attitude allows her lots of chances, there are of course times when she seems a little too naïve and gives others the possibility of hurting her. She thus is vulnerable, but she prefers to keep things the way they are and not harden in order to have an easier life. It's one of her valued believes that living a positive life with all its challenges and rewards is the best way of spending one's limited time on Earth.

7. Why do you think your model should win HE's next top model?
In my opinion Arwen should win because her open-hearted nature makes it easy to get along with her, and her overall attitude and doings make her a role model for others, also for children and younger people. Another advantage of her winning and being admired by teenagers and young adults would be the way she thinks and speaks about her body: she is always keen on emphasizing that she likes herself the way she looks, wouldn't consider plastic surgery if there wasn't a necessity and is so confident and caring about herself that she would be highly unprobable of developing an eating disorder. And the best thing is that she actually has a natural-looking body that makes these statements believable!
