Bowling Tournament - Questions and Problems

I need to know what time it'll be in central time in the USA, when it is 9:30 gmt

yea im gonna need to know to, because I still dont know how to use a time converter thingy.

I have a problem. I won't be able to be on time for my teams turn. I have a confirmation thingy to do every other wednesday and it lands this week, and it ends after the tournament starts. Is there a way I can do another day or time?

I was on then.. the time zone converter said it was 5:30 EST so I went on... and noone was there except for some weird people who obviosuly werent from HE
