"Ones who prank me are muggles. They're on my dad's side of the family."

Tori smiled.
"It's kind of a stupid thing - pure blood and muggle born stuff. It's like...I dunno...being racist in a way I guess..." Tori shrugged.

"Tired?" Tori asked. "And you can sit on the bed if you like...I dont bite."

"Oh. Cool. Hey I was wondering, when you say Severus, do you mean Proffessor Snape?"

"Ohh...ok." Tori nodded. "Are you actually related to him in anyway or did he like just basically kind of adopt you?"

Tori nodded.

"Emmalynn Snape...hmm it sounds good."

Tori giggled.
"Sounds really good."

Tori nodded.
"Yup. My mum's 2 best friends."

"Oh. Well I dont really know my godparents. Last time I saw them was when I was about 6." Tori said. "Do you have any brothers and sisters?"

Tori looked at Emmalynn.
"How old were you when Snape adopted you?"

"Oh ok." Tori nodded. "Guessing you stay here then during Christmas and Easter holidays, and term breaks then?"

Emmalynn shook her head. "Nope. I go back for a least a week, the I escape to various places..."

"Hallo," Holly said to Tori, "Sorry, zoned out a little. Bristol. Holly. You can call me Holly."

Natalie smiled at Tori, whom she had already met.

Holly winked at Natalie for no reason and then fished in her trunk to find her magazine. Witch Weekly.
"Awesome, new issue," Holly said hardcoring.
There was a knock on the door.
"Ya?" Holly called.
"It's me," came Riley's voice, "Can I come in,"
"Come on on on on in," Holly said mimicking Natalie's mother, whom she liked very much.

Natalie scowled.
She grabbed the witch weekly.
"Ooh...Rita Skeeter got a new nose," she grinned, "and it's bigger than the original."

Sam walked into her dorm and lay down on her bed,
"Hey!" she exclaimed to the girls "How are you'se?" she asked

"Hallo Sam," Holly said brightly, "We're all good, you? Matt? Especially Matt? sorry, im doing it again."

NAtalie laughed at Holly's comment, but didn't say anything.
She continued to read Witch Weekly.

Holly looked over absently at Natalie.
"Whatcha readin?" she asked in an annoying fashion.

"Witch Weekly," Hayley said, pointing to the cover. Which was upside-down.

**New time**

Phoenix appeared into the Gryffindor girl's dorm, "What the-?" She questioned, as she glanced around hoping to find out where she had been transported to.

"Hola." Holly said from her bed. Then she furrowed her brow.
"Tis Phoenix." she commented, "You ain't a Gryffindor."
Thank you Captain Obvious said Holly's internal monologue.

Phoenix allowed her gaze to appear on Holly.
"HOLLLIEEE!" Phoenix yelled, walking tiwards her.
"Long time no see, ehh?" She asked.

“LONG time?!” Holly repeated, sarcasm creeping in, “It’s been SEVENTEEN BILLION YEARS!”
She moved along her bed slightly so there was room for Phoenix to sit down.
“What brings you to my bed?” she asked, a sly look in her eye.

Phoenix placed herself at the egde of Holly's bed.
"Ermmm I'm bored." Phoenix sighed. "OMG! Its been TOO long."

"I turned into a cabbage for a while see, and I was too embarassed to see anyone, so I went into the forest and didn't come out. But Im back now, so we can reunite our friendship."
Holly smiled so wide she could have stuck her whole arm in her mouth.
Something she actually did later.
But thats not important.

Phoenix raised an eyebrow questioningly towards Holly. "Well thats MY Holly." Phoenix said grinning. "Seems like fun." She said. "I had to get away from everything."

"Tha's not MY Phoenix." Holly said, expression changing suddenly.
“Away from everything?” she repeated questioningly.

Phoenix sighed, looking down to the ground. "Ayee well Phoenix aint been the same since....along time is all i can say." Phoenix said, running her fingers though her hair. "Bellatrix and all that what happened."

Having been gone quite some time, Holly didn’t know of anything to do with Bellatrix. She looked quizzically at Phoenix, and then looked at the floor. And then looked at her friend pityingly.
“How’s Phoenix NOW?” she asked softly.

Phoenix sighed, very well knowing Holly didnt know what she was talking about. "Ermm shes alright." She said, looking down.

Holly didn’t believe this at all, but nodded.
When and if Phoenix wanted to tell her what was wrong, she would.
“I missed you Nix.” she commented.

Phoenix nodded, running her fingers through her hair once more. "I missed you to, Hollieee." She said, looking at her.

"Is it “Extend Your Vowels” day?” Holly asked, raising an eyebrow.
She hesitated for a moment and then said.
“You seem distracted.”
She blinked in Phoenix’s direction, as if trying to figure her out.

Phoenix sighed looking back down trying to hide her face.
"Things..." She said.

“I hate things.” Holly said bluntly; her way of letting Phoenix know she could tell her anything.

Phoenix smiled weakly, still remaining looking down.
