eliminating role-playing character requirements

pro elimination argument: Some people are creative. These people will constantly create new characters. Eliminating requirements will make them able to use all their characters.

con elimination argument Some people will be in more than one role-play with other people. They might call that user by the wrong character name, creating confusion

So, HEers I ask you:

Should character requirements be eliminated?

I'm a little unsure of what you mean by your suggestion.

Do you mean the fields that are filled in on the character sheet?

I think he meant the rules...but I like the rules.

I think that there should be no more than two constant characters - or three or something.
You could make minor characters used in only one thread for the purpose of bringing new stories about your character(s) to light. Stuff like that.

Im not really familiar with what you are saying either - perhaps you could explain better

I mean that you don't need the character sheet to make you only allowed to be your character.

im still not very sure what you mean. are you suggesting that we don't have to use he charactor sheets?
most rp charators evolve after a while:
e.g Volet riddle just said a few days ago that she had horcuxs and never before meantioned them! ofcourese that can happen everyone does it charactor sheets are there just so that there is ano into

I thnk we should keep it... it would only create a lot of confusion. Or people would have to put the character they were using at the top of their posts everytoime.... and most likely I would forget......

Oh.ok. I like it though. It stops peolpe for abusing other peolpes characters. :ike in one of mine...I do 3 peolpe and in another I do 2 peolpe. No if it had there names on mine...no one cna abuse them.....but if I dont.....anyone cna take over them and hurt them and all. If we didnt have that....Lets say me and you were fightng and I said I killed you y hitting you becuase you didnt say that you were just that chacrter and had been someone else......I wouldnt have known that.....even thought I should.

right okay, the rules state that you can only control your charctor, and thats all. If you make what i would call a temp. charactor, like i have or shadow or violet then they can be used for as long as you wish. It would get boring after a while if we could only be one charctor so no i don't think thats a good idea.

I think 'control your own character' means that you cant say what other characters do
