ohhh and may I ramble a bit about my day? xD (haven't done it in a while now, haven't you noticed? :D)

- I've had an aweeeeeeeeeeesome day today! :D We had this video games project over at our school, that had as a target to create a communication between teachers/ parents and children starting from video games, and have grown-ups understand more of the games of the young generation. About half of our class helped some people from a university in Germany to run the whole thing, hehe. Of course there was a lot of playing and since we had to guide the kids, we got some (well ok - more xD) "training" beforehand, we played: Guitar Hero on PS2, Wii Sports on Wii and Need for Speed (.. latest version, I think) on the computers. SQUEEE! :D It was so much fun! And then the kids and teachers came it was really interesting to see them all play together! Oh and I was the press - shot lots of pics and took interviews ^.^ You know, some of the teachers were really cool about the games and liked to discover what their pupils played, some even suggested to introduce video games in school, hehe. Then again were the more conservative ones, who started playing thinking "I can't/don't want to do it", couldn't do it (see what auto-suggestion can do?! XD) and were eager to stop as quickly as possible. But eh, can't help that, can you? xD
Oh, but one really cool answer I've gotten from a mom went along the lines of "we use video games as a way of having fun with the whole family" - positive surprise for me! ^.^

Now that we're on the topic, it would interest me to find out: do YOU (*points finger towards everyone in the GHCR*) talk about your interest in computer games (because I'm sure many of you play them :D) with your parents/teachers? Do they understand "your virtual world"? :D

Ehhh... back to school August 18th - not really looking forward to it. I'm actually thinking about switching school, but nothing's sure yet.

We have 6 days left of school... and then four days of finals...

10 days left! But it hasn't really hit me that summer's coming haha

I'm just excited that I won't have to be a freshman anymore... haha

My meeting with the principal went... well. I really like him, and he's really cool. He said, he could have accepted me straight away, and added me to the second class with my own age group xD That would have been awesome, but I need to think about this still... I know mom would love me to go to that school. It's really... well, she likes this school.

I take it Im not the only one who hates songs getting stuck in your head. Ive had the same one for over 5 hours...no matter what I listen to. In the end, I gave up and just listen to the song.

Quick question- What is Eurovision?? Ive never heard of it....stupid American TV

The Eurovision is always good fun to watch (I missed it this year though, due to not having a TV in France).

I think the best part about it is Terry Wogan's (he's a TV/Radio presenter) sarky comments on all of the acts.

You can't go in to watching Eurovision seriously - you have to 'get' that it's just a load of camp fun :D

Ugh. I have to go finish tidying up. I feel like I've been tidying up constantly for the past three days and I'm still nowhere near finished.

I love watching Eurovisions! I actually went last year to it when it was in Helsinki - loads of fun, and I made new friends *drools over her Turkey friends* It's funnnn........ xD
