Dobby

I always thought dobby was a little... to much stress... but he was always doing what he thought was right, so...

he was also fun... expecially in 6th book

i think dobby is crazy, but hes my home boy. hes chill (lol). i thought it was funny in the 2nd book that everytime he tried to help Harry, Harry would always end up mopping the floor or going to the hospital or something glike that. And then in the 5 book, his help actually, well, helped! yay dobbs.

aww dobby is sweet and very loyal to harry i think he will help in the last book.

Dobby was funny trying to "save" Harry's life hahahaha tooo funny. I liked that though, he was a cool little dude.

I couldn't have Dobby as my house elf though, he'd drive me nuts!! How Draco's family put up with him for so long without avada'ing him is what amazes me heh :D

That is a shocker, Kitty. Having the tempers and attitudes of Lucius and Draco, you wonder how Dobby stayed alive. I mean he did get threats everyday though right? Heh one of life's mysteries.

Dobby is an interesting character and I love him, he is such a dovted elf :D

Well, I was turning twelve when I saw this movie and he kinda freaked me out. If I was Harry, I probably would have screamed and ran out the room.

Though he is sweet and nice and tries to protect Harry, I probably would strangle him! He is annoying at times, probably give me a headache if he were my house elf!

I hate dobby in the films (his looks) and in the books he just annoys me too much

dobby just annoys me - but it is in the annoying state like not having any more chocolate - i can live with it

Dobby is pretty cool, but he needs to get on some prozac. He has some serious issues he needs to deal with.

I agree, Dobby has his issues, but he's really funny and caring. He is a very dedicated house-elf overall and that makes him funny because he refuses to serve the Malfoys but he absolutly worships Harry and Dumbledore.

But oh well... I was happy for him when he got rid of the Malfoys and he is also more normal then firewhisky-drinking-Winky.

At first,in the begening of the book,I really HATED Dobby for all the things the had done.But then...after his visit to the hospital..I started to liking him..And from then to now..I still like him and even I think that in book 5 he is very helpfull and kind!

Dobby is def a house elf who is out to help. And helping may come anyway that Dobby can do it even if it hurts, lol, as long as dobby helps... anyone notice that he is always talking about himself in third person?
As well, my mates, I think Dobby will be very helpful in Book 7, i dont know why but it a feeling but who knows..

I dont know if dobby would be helpful in the 7th book b/c hes at hogwarts and i heard rumor that Harry wasnt going to hogwarts unless Dobby tried to follow him

o i can just imagine dobby risking his life to save harry loads of little house elfs running must save harry potter sir and standing up to voldie haha would never happen but dobby could be the thing on harrys back UK cover so he could help alot in the 7th book you never know lol!

I loved Dobby in Chamber of Secrets even though he was really annoying. I think Dobby grew up in Deathly Hallows to though. If i were to compare the two books I think that Dobby learned alot in 2 and applied it in 7.

I LOVE DOBBY! he's the best! I teared up when he died!

Stephy held out her wand and pointing it at the pig she said "Wingardium Leviosi" and the pig started to float making it a bit lighter for Violet to carry up the tree

I love Dobby so much! He's so cute and sweet (though sometimes a little risky in his ways of saving Harry's life xD). I agree that he grew a lot between the second and seventh book.
