Drkangelcat - you stand on trial against the Three Pigs, Roddy, Roo and Lightning.

You are accused of sending the wolf to blow down the pigs houses in an act of vengence whilst hiding behind a tree and watching

You are to plead your innocence with any evidence to support it.

Jury members (everyone else) you are to prove her guilt with any evidence to support it.

I put it to you that you were not actually hiding behind the tree, though hiding UP the tree - throwing those apples in order to give the wolf time to reach the houses. You knew that the three pigs were afraid that the wolf would come to get them, why? Simple:

You and the three pigs had an altercation earlier on and they knew you were friends with the wolf.

You had used the three pis cousins for oil earlier that week, see evidence below

And this they were not happy with so they reported you to the police, rightfully so, and then you wanted revenge!

Even before this you knew the wolf hated the pigs

"Cat, the three little pigs enjoyed to play music," June said, "so isn't is true that on multiple nights their music annoyed you as you were trying to sleep, so you vowed to get revenge? And didn't this revenge take place as telling the wolf to blow down their houses?"

Cat straightened out her jacket as she sat before replying to the ridiculous accusations. "I have nothing against Roddy, Roo and Lightning," she began. "And no reason to wish harm on the three. I would never want to turn them into oil and no police report of such a thing was ever filed against me. As for the music, I love music and unless those pigs were playing Coldplay I wouldn't mind."

"So, do you know the pigs at all, or was it just a one off fit of rage, unfortunatly directed at Roddy, Roo and lightning?" enquired Zoe, "If you do know the pigs, can you please tell me at what level you knew them, please"

"We are all old pals," Cat explained. "I've known them since they were piglets. I mean I wouldn't say that I know all about them or hang out with them all the time, but we do meet up on the occasion to watch movies."

"Well I have a source that has told me that even thought you may be tolerant of the pigs....you cannot stand their parents. Is that why you would target them> to make their parents suffer?" Smartie questioned.

"I do not believe in making children pay for their parents," Cat replied. "I have experienced mistreatment due to mistakes of my father and would never subject others to any such treatment."

"I heard that you and the three little pigs used to play pranks on each other. There was a witness that cliamed to have seen you talking to the wolf. You told him to blow down thier houses to get revenge on the last prank that they had pulled on you. Something about flooding your house?" Stephy said. "How do we know that you werent hiding behind the tree to make sure that the wolf got the job done?"

Cat, why are you a Dark Angel? Why do you claim such title? Are there really no cruel intentions within you? Why did you landed in Slytherin? Are you not a proudly mischevious Slytherin?

But now the true reason why you tried to killed the pigs is as ancient as the world. Jealousy. you know why? Because the three little pigs are more famous than your own trio, Gemma and Kaylee and you. You couldn't stand being less famous and loved than them. See there's no judgement in my word, I truly believe you did the right thing, you fight for your own success. I am merely here to state some facts, if they weight against you I'll have to deal with the loss of an extraordinary Slytherin to Azkaban.

Rigby paused, turning to look in the eyes of her fellow jury members.

"Remember that. The direct quote, from the defendent's own lips :

Rigby withdrew the photo of the pigs at a Coldplay concert and threw it on the jury table with an audiable whack.

"You reasons for harming the pigs are many and varied. I believe the Coldplay music sent you over the edge. With their recently released album, and here's a copy of the CD that was found in the the ruined straw house of one of the pigs, no doubt they were playing it often and loudly. And you just couldn't stand it, could you? At least when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin beats up paparrazi he has the nerve to do it himself, he doesn't send a sniffiling fleabag like the wolf to do his dirty work for him!"

Rigby threw the copy of the Coldplay cd on the jury table. It came to rest next to the photograph. Shaking her head at Cat, Rigby took a seat, ready to give Cat and the rest of her jury members time to sift through the evidence she had just produced.

The Three Pigs at Coldplay's last tour in 2005, they can be clearly identified as Coldplay fans as they have painted on their chests the name of Coldplay's Twisted Logic tour and MakeTradeFair.com, and the equal signs on their hats and hands, a symbol that Chris Martin wears for MakeTradeFair.com, and one of the pigs is wearing a white bracelet representing ONE, which concert goers at their last tour were asked to sign up for.

The Cd case containing the cd that was found in the stereo at the time the little straw house was puffed away.
