You are accused of luring these two into a cookie built house and trying to cook them for your dinner

You are to plead your innocence with any evidence to support it.

You may as well admit it, my dear Raistlin, that you are indeed the mastermind behind this savage encounter. Cannibalism is not just frown upon you know. Natalie remain standing, looking for any sign of guilt or weakness in Raistlin's eyes. She was trying to break him down.

Until anyone brings me solid proof please do not waste my time for false testemony can put you all in jail...

'He might have added' note the word 'might' if you please, it means he didn't, is therefore only speculation. Second if you all know Caramon you know his word can not be taken serioulsy for he is a little thick of mind despite the goodness in his heart.

Amazingly Caramon is extremly right, sometimes the lesser gifted of mind can speak the truth like no others can. Lots of reasons could exist to explain my father's disappearance. And I see no proof that I am even remotly related to that. No body was found, no traces were left so you are basing your accusations on...? Just talk?

Again if you knew me and my family you wouldn't use such absurd, false, out of context arguments. I owe Kit my life as she was the one who battle to keep me alive when I was a child, I have a life debt to her, no matter how hatred I might came to felt towards her, I would never kill her, I could lock her away and send her to another dimension but never kill her, she is also my own blood, the finest and purest blood there is I am not the one to waste worthy blood.

As for our paths not crossing again, if you knew Kitiara you would know she's a women of strenght and might with total opposite goals than mine that's why I say there is no reason our paths should ever came across again, however that does not mean at all they won't. The Gods like to play us.

Not made of chocolate, candy, wood or stone. I do not own a House. I am a wanderer, I seek knowledge everywhere and the only place I find rest is in libraries and Magic Towers, no other places are suitable of me.

I see the words of another and not myself. Antimodes in deed says HE would have been glad to see his brother in flames, though I said I had seen my brother in flames in my Magic Test, which by the way none of you could ever possibly imagine how it was or even dream of succedding like I did, I never said I was glad to see it. Everyone knows Caramon is the only I ever cared about and the only one able to call me to my senses.

When you decide upon a theory and not throw them all in and try to find the truth I will direct myself to you, for so far you are only specultating and not sure of what you belive or you wouldn't use such word as 'perhaps'.


Now that I answer all of your accusations I would like to note once more that please try to bring more consistant proof in the future and I still find it appaling you believe I would fail to achieve such 'crime' if I wanted to. Also I would never eat human flesh, humans are the most filthy creatures walking on Earth, I don't care if they are children or not, the seed of weakness is in them, I would never look for strenght in them, I aim for the Gods and the path for that is to transcend myself beyond humans, the lesser human contact I have the better.

I suggest you don't take your OWL in Charms anytime soon. Priori Incantatem shows every spell a wand performed lately not only deathly ones, so if I had in deed created a Chocolate House through my wand it'd have been shown and do you think I'd even be in trial if any conclusion could be reached through Priori Incantatem? Do you think that was not the first thing they did when I was charged?

As for the day I'm allegedly supposed to have 'tried' to harm those kids I was in Krynn's major librabry consulting some magic books, some new spells I needed to acquire. Here's an extract from Krynn's Librabry Visitors Record:

There are two two things in that paper that proove that is not mine and is therefore forged.

First and you'll find this one the most convincing of all, the recipe is... it even disgusts me to pronounce it... it's pink! If you go ask anyone that knows me they'll tell you I wouldn't be caught dead in the possession of something pink.

Second IF I ever were to cook a human and have a recipe for it there's no way I wouldn't add some aromatic herbs to it, I love herbs and its healing magic properties. Besides a Tea to go with it would also show on the recipe.

The spells and incantations are from numerous languages and customs, something you are a master of in dueling. Damning evidence to be sure, Raisty, let's see what your silver tongue can say to dispute this."

I don't know where to start at the hearing of such nonsense. My plans are all refined and the plan you're suggesting verged the grotesque. Why do I need to learn more spells? If you have to ask then I don't see a bright future for you. Have you ever considered a carrer in the Ministry of Magic? I'm pretty sure they'll want someone as careless as you.

Now do you really think I could have done all those spells with these wand? I couldn't even smash that wall. Now what is interesting and you should have asked yourselves is what I was doing with a wand that was not mine. I shall explain you all and perhaps after it you shall agree that all of this was but a poor thought plan to frame me.

First, do you think in the hands of such precious possession I'd taint the pride of such noble object? No.

Second if you read its description it's rather similar to the wand found in my possession and why is that? I will tell you now. That wand belongs to my greedy and jealous pupil Dalamar The Dark. His jealousy came to such levels he made the sacrilege of trying to copy the Staff of Magius, something which I couldn't allow and he knew so. After battleing I took the wand from him and didn't gave it more though I was going to destroy it but then I was arrested for this silly accusations. Strange how the accusation came so quick after the battle. Suspicous mcuh? I think so. This was all a plan of my evil pupil trying to frame me and that way trying to get to the title of must evil and powerful, however he still has much to learn and his plan was much flawed.

You must ask yourselves would I really be so careless and use such poor plots or am I powerful enough to casue jealousy in others trying to frame me?

It has been proven that Raistlin the Wizard actually is really a really kind person, with the final evidence of him cuddling his gryffindor teddy bear, and is INNOCENT of all crimes

Once again it seems that Jacob is at fault, though witnesses do wonder whether it was the elf trying to cook Jacob instead!
