I simply cannot believe this travisty! How could you suspect me? Luna lovegood, lover, friend and carer of some of the most beautiful animals in the world. I have always had a close bond with animals, threstals especailly. Really, i am still moruning the loss of my dear friend Frienze, how could you suggest that im am behind the murder of one of my friends? I happen to also be good friends with one Harry potter whom is the owner of Hedwig the owl, you might as well have him here too as the some of the people here are so innocent it is unbelievible!

I would ask you this Remus Lupin didn't you go into the forest last month when you turned into a werewolf? And how long had Frienzes' body been in the forest, exactly one month! Do you deny that you were in the forest in your werewolf form last month?

I am utterly disgusted by all of your accusations! My father might have writen that book but where in any of those pages does it give his opinion on the subject of werewolves? He mearly states that the werewolves were chosen by the enimies of the sun, not that he thinks werewolves are vail and digusting. he would never think sucha a thing about anyone nomtter whom they are. I may like Harry Potter but i assure you my feelings are none other than friendship, I posess a deeper feeling for Mr. Longbottom *sighs*

Isn't it possible that you could have cast a charm on your wife and then left the building manually, you didn't mention in your statement about the night of the murder of Frienze that the doors were locked were they? i also have a picture of you heading towards the forest taken by Colin Creevy of my school year

When you transformed infront of Hermione, Harry and Ron they could see what you looked like in your werewolf form, I gather that Mr. Creevey heard a description of what you looked like and saw you, therefore taking a picture of you. Colin's camera is still very messed up from when the basilisk stunned him, it takes pictures rather oddly. So i must say, that if my good friend says its you then i would be inclined to believe that. Wouldn't you? My verdicked is this, you have no prove that your wife locked you up that night, do you? you also have no prove that the doors were locked and charms were cast to stop you getting out o you? You are guilty of murdering Frienze, and if my calculations are right you could have very easily killed Hedwig too, because she would have been comming back from her hunting about the time you left the forest at which is a very strange coinsidance don't you think.

The killer also lost a tooth that night, the tooth was found beside Frienzes body, now im pretty sure i don't have teeth like this and because i haven't lost a tooth since i was nine it says that i am clearly innocent of the murder of Frenze because i don't have any missing teeth.



Mr. Lupin you develop your long canine teeth grow when you turn into a werewolf, and as we don't have time to wait until the full moon then i will say that you have one tooth missing, admit it! you killed Frieze didn't you? Ha! I knew it!

I find it appaling that I am here standing besides this mud blood lovers and half-breeds. worst I am being accused of low level crimes, like I would waste my time killing an insignificant animal and a filthy centaur.

I have never heard the centaur's name before, therefore I could not have planned to kill him as he was no threat to me.

As for the Owl it'd have been a lot more useful keeping it alive and using it for other ends.

Now let's see some of the evidence I carefully collected so you don't say I'm all words and no truth.

I say the death of the centaur was a crime of passion and it was LUNA LOVEGOOD the perpetuar of the crime, take a look:



That's an examplar of the Quibble which you can see was stepped on by a horse-like creature, after careful examination it was determined it belonged to the dead centaur.

We all know how this girl praises her dad's rubbish work, what could set her more off the roof then being that work disrespected?

Blood and feathers, the place where the crime was commited. No more was left of the animal. The thing is two different DNA's were found at the scene, one belonged to ta bird which we assume was the dead animal and the scecond, not human DNA but a strange type of DNA, a canine DNA with traces of human DNA.

What do you have to say about that Mr. Lupin? Would you freely volunteer a sample of your own DNA?

Mr. Lord Voldemort, I tell you now that I am no lover of mud-bloods. I have one friend that happens to be muggle born, that makes no difference here though! I will tell you now that this is a fake copy of my fathers newspaper as it has the 17th of August 2007 on it. On the 17th of August 2007 I would have been at home which is not far away from the Weasley house. As Hogwarts is undetectible how am I suposed to get there? I have no knowledge of how to get there or back so wouldn't I still be lost somewhere? And as I cannot apparate yet It would be equaly hard for me to get to Hogsmeade. I can tell you now that I am not the cause of death for my poor centaur friend Frienze. May I also point out to you Voldemort that centaurs don't wear hooves, because they're wild and have no-one to replace them when it is needed here is a picture of a centaurs foot.
