The Crash

Phoenix appeared at the sight of the crash, she looked in horror at the sight of Violet "VIOLET!!" she yelled approaching her,

"Excuse Miss." A man said to her. "You cant come any futher. They could die any minute." He said, holding her back. "Just stay back." He said. He walked back over to the crash, where Violet had been knocked out from the crash. The man shook his head, looking at the other car. One of them were drunk, he just needed to find out. He had the feeling that Violet was it, by the way she looked. A pink dress with a purple leggings and smeared make-up. "Someone is getting arrested." He said to the man beside him.

Phoenix glared "Muggles" she hissed, she moved closer to Violet "Riddy?" she asked trying to wake her.

"Dammit." The man screamed, grabbing her. "Leave her alone. If you cared, you would stop." He told her, listening for sirens. Violet gasped, waking up. She looked around and started screaming. "I cant feel anything!" She screamed, trying to move, but couldnt. She felt blood on her head and started screaming even more.

Phoenix thrown her hand over her mouths "Riddy" she said, pushing her man away from her.

"Woman, stop it." He yelled at her. "Some one get her." He shouted. Violet started crying, scared of what was happening. "You know you are under arrest." The man said to her. "When you leave ht ehospital, you are. For killing someone." He told her. Violet felt tears roll down her eyes.

Phoenix felt anger boiling around her "Get off me!" she hissed.

The man shook his head.

Phoenix pushed with off her "Stupid muggle" she hissed at him.

"You can go to jail with your friend to." He hissed at her.

Phoenix pulled her wand out "Try it, mudblood" she hissed.

"Hey, look. She things she can hurt me with a stick." The man laughed. All of them laughed at her, turning back to Violet. "What have you drank tonnight?" They asked. "Nixy, I'm scared." Was all she was wouild say.

Nixy eyes narrowed but didn't say anything "Its okay Ridds" she told her "I'm gunna get you to St mungo's"

"Like hell. She is getting checked and its off to jail for drunk driving and murder." HE siad. Violet started crying. "I wasnt drinking." She said. "Thats what they all say." He hissed.

Nixy aimed her wand at him and yelled "Stufiy!"

The man jumped back, wide eyed. "Oh my God." He said, freaking out.

"More then a stick isn't it?" she hissed, heading towards Violet.

"Get away from her." he hissed. The man moved back as the people came and picked Vioelt and the others up.

Nixy glared "I'm going with her" she hissed.

"Your under arrest for assult." He hissed.

Phoenix glared before dissappearing. She reappeared under her invisabililty cloak.

The man looked around for her. "Ecaspey." he said.

Phoenix followed her people which had taken Violet.

"She hasnt been drinking." One said while looking over her. The where in the back of the abulance.

Phoenix climbed on the top of the ambulance.

Violet started crying. "It hurts." She said

Phoenix saw the saw the hospital in the distance.

"Get her in. She could die." The man said, rushing to get her out safetly.

Phoenix jumped of the ambulance.

"What was that?" Someone asked. The other shook their heads and got Violet inside.

Phoenix pulled the cloak off her and followed Violet.

"Check her spine. Make sure no bones went threw her lungs or heart." Someone yelled, watching as she started coughing up blood. "Find her family." They shouted.

Phoenix looked at Violet "Violet" she said scared.

"Get out of here. No one is allowed back here." One of the doctors yelled.

"I'm family!" she hissed.

"Wait outside." She hissed to her. "No one is allowed back here until we call them." She said.

Phoenix glare but went and waited outside.

*hours later*

Violet woke up, hurting everywhere. She touched her head, to feel it bangded up. She looked at her arm, which was in a cast. "Where am I?" She asked. The nurse smiled at her, but dodnt say anything. Violet sat up, wincing. The nurse walked outside to talk to Nixy.

Phoenix stood up as she saw nurse.

"She will live, but her legs was broken, along with her arm. She busted her head. Her heart almost shattered, but its fixed." The nurse said.

Phoenix nodded "Can i see her?" she asked.

"No, she needs rest." The nurse said.

Phoenix nodded and sat back down.

Violet lookd around the room, wanting someone with her.

Phoenix entered Violet's room.

Violet smiled. "Nixy, what happen?" She asked.

Phoenix smiled "There was a crush" she said.

"What?" Violet asked. "How....I wasnt driving fast." Violet said.

"I have no idea" she said.

Violet nodded. "Do you think you could cotact Shaeman?" Violet asked.
