The wedding planner. [[Jamie and Shadow, their house.]]

Jamie leaned over the page. His nose was almost touching it, he kept falling asleep when trying to arrange a seating plan for the after party. It wasn't the fact that it was boring work. It was just the fact that he'd been up for most of the night in the sheer determination to get the planning done. He wanted Shadow to belong to him, finally all his forever. He wanted to do his best for her family too, that would just complete the circle. Nothing would ever be bad after the wedding. he was sure of it.

Shadow walked over to Jamie and shook his shoulder. She smiled gently as she gave him a mug of coffee.
"Working hard?" She asked.

"Erm, sorry.." Jamie said rubbing his eyes. "This should be right, i think.." Jamie said turning the page to an angle. "Should work well.." he accepted the mug of coffee and took a drink,
"Thanks.."

Shadow smiled and kissed her fiancé gently on the cheek.
"You really shouldn't stay up all night like this." She said softly.

"Well, it will be worth it in the end. Only the best for you.." he smiled at her, thinking that in two weeks she'd be Shadow Carton...

Shadow smiled again siting next to him.
"Seriously through, if I look at another floral arrangement or dress catalogue, I WILL scream." She said, but with a joking glint in her eye.

"Feel free, but think about it. We can't have the church so we will have everything else, I insist upon that.." he told her... "Floral arrangements? I thought we done them last week?"

"Yeah, but I've had enough of them." Shadow said with a smile. "And I've got the take the girls for the final fitting for the dresses."

Jamie smiled and raised his eyebrow
"Finally find thwe right ones then.. thts a tick in one of the million more boxes.."

Shadow smiled slightly.
"Soon it'll be over." She said.

"two weeks..." he groaned

"It's not that long, and the way we're working, it'll only seem like two hours." Shadow said.

Jamie smiled and jumped out of his seat kissing shadow likehe was nothing more than a school boy...
"Shouldn't have even me that coffee.." he muttered to her

Shadow smiled as she kissed him back.

"right then..." Jamie pulled back carefully smiling at her "As it is only 8 in the morning what are you planning to do for the next four hours that those lazy girls spend sleeping?" he asked her

"Good question." Shadow said, rubbing her temples.

"Do you need to meditate?" he asked her

Shadow shook her head.
"I'll be ok for a while." She said quietly.

Jamie nodded,
"Don't hold it off now. We don't want you blowing up before the wedding." He smiled but he was being deadly serious

"I won't." Shadow promised him.

Jamie smiled "Good, would be a bit hard having a wedding without the blushing bride wouldn't it?" Jamie studies Shad "Okay, now do you fancy doimg something relaxing before the girls wake up or do you want to get all stressed out over nothing?" he asked her offering her the couch beside the table

"I don't know..." Shadow said with a smile as she sat next to Jamie.

Jamie put his arm around her and sighed. "Ot's went so fast, I thought a few months would be really long to plan a wedding, now that we're almost done It seems a shame to wait.." Jamie told her staring into the distance.

Shadow shrugged, leaning gently on him.

Jamie looked at her
"whats up, your not yourself..."

"Just a bit tired." Shadow said softly, looking at him. "I could say the same about you."

Natalie knocked on the front door of the fine house.

Shadow got up and opened the door.
"Hey Nat."

Jamie smiled at her from behind Shadow
"come in.."

"I heard from a friend at work that you two were making wedding plans....and my offer still holds out to sing for you'se," said Natalie, "use me however you please."

((Hehe Shadow....you cannae beat a real Scottish accent...that's so true))

Shadow smiled.
"Come sit down." She said, going back to sit next to Jamie.

Jamie smiled,
"Yeah, you can. I'm all for that. What about you Shadow?" he asked her

"No problem!" Shadow said.

Natalie sat down and grinned.
"So...do you have the design of your dress yet....can I see it?" Natalie asked.

Shadow nodded and walked off to get a catalogue, and returned to show it to Natalie. It was a an ivory, off the shoulders, dress in a medieval style.

Jamie closed his eyes and put his hand over his face....

Natalie thought the dress was breath-taking.

"It is beautiful," she whispered.

"Shut up Natalie, Im not allowed to know!"

"Thanks Nat." Shadow said, putting the catalogue away. "Ok Jamie."

Natalie grinned.

"He's your own little choir boy that one....he's perfect for you...in every way," said Natalie before Jamie could take his fingers from his ears.

"I kniw." Shadow replied softly.

Natalie grinned at Shadow.

Jamie looked at Natalie,
"Is it safe?" he asked

"Yes," mouthed Natalie, smiling slightly.

Shaow grinned, leaning back.

"Who'd you get to do the ceromony?" Natalie asked.

"ermm... Matthew.. we agreed on him..."

"Yeah. There was no way Rae would have, Shaeman's busy with his wedding, and Vrael's still got problems stringing two proper words together." Shadow said.

"Oh...him," said Natalie, "I think he made me...what I am... to be his partner or whatever...but I think he is very insensitive and weird sometimes...and besides...I'm waiting for a proposal from Gareth any day now."

"Good for you." Shadow said warmly.
