The past few days have been pretty good weather :D But apparantly there's a thunderstorm coming tonight...

I have a bike but I hardly ever use it... for one thing, it's years old and pink (ew!) and for another I don't really feel safe riding on the roads, so the only place I go on my bike is along the canal to Earlswood :D At least at the end of the canal path there there's an ice cream shop XD

Insomnia, that's why. It's been acting up really badly lately - I'm afraid it's going to be another rough period, again...

Insomnia, a sleeping disorder - there's three kind of insomnia, which means there's three different "degrees" of insomnia, one more difficult than the other. It's not "serious", as in "YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!!!!!" serious xD I mean, yes, you "can't sleep" more than just a few minutes at the time, but to me it's also nightmares, when I DO sleep, and they're not just some silly nightmares, like being chased by a bear xD A person with insomnia can't close their eyes and just... relax, close their mind, you know. I have that, and it kinda sucks xD Imagine trying to sleep, when your brain is still as active as in the day.

Anyway, insomnia can be the reason of stress, trauma, depression, anxiousness or anything emotional, really. Or when you come from a long trip, and you've traveled through several time zones, you might suffer from jet lag, which can lead to insomnia.

So, yes, I have chronic insomnia, which is the "worst", I suppose. It goes from years at the time, so I'm really not looking forward to be all WHOA the following years... again xD But it's easier with sleeping pills - sure, they make me dozy and pretty quiet, but still xD

Don't be sorry - it's not really THAT bad. It gets funny after some time, seeing stuff in slowmotion and kind of "blending" into each other - it's like being on drugs, really :D

Yeah, it's like watching pretty colours 24/7 - even when you're eyes are shut xD

Btw, insomnia - what's kept me awake for quite a few nights these holidays was the GTO live action - Caro, I think it was you a while ago who said it was cool - well, it ROCKS! :D Onizuka is just sooo much better in flesh and blood :D

... still got half the series to watch/download, though .... and I've discovered my internet at home is sloooooooow. >.< Hopefully the internet at uni is better (never tried downloading stuff on that before xD)

Oh and I watched Sex and the City again, with my mum. 'Twas brilliant. *g*

I live in the middle of nowhere, too, but atleast my Internet works somewhat fast xD I mean, it has its moment, but it's much faster compared to what it used to be xD

It takes me a few second up to... a minute, I suppose, and I consider that slow xD I am impatient.

Anyway, I'm gonna hunt down The Dark Knight DVD, and watch it before I'm off to work :D
