15 signs you are a LoTR Nut like Moi

OK so basically these are my pet peeves surrounding lotr and everyone knows i'm a lotr nut:
1. You call your parents Ada and Nana
2.You speak elvish fluently and confuse everyone
3.You wear your hair in elvish styles every chance you get
4. If another movie or book rips off lotr you put a death penalty on their head
5.You protect PJ or Tolkien with your life
6.You are always heard saying either "DONT KNOCK LOTR" or "ELVES RULE!"
7. You are always showing people your 'slightly' pointed ears
8.You have played BFME good and evli campaign 2 times over and the 160 one hour skirmish games
9.You have watched the movies 27 times over,read the books 6-7 times and fall asleep to the soundtrack
10.Your always heard singing "To be an eveningh star....." or "what can you see, on the horizon....."
11.If you see LoTr Merchandise you MUST HAVE IT!
12. At lotr marathons your friends go to sleep just to get away from your requoting
13.You sometimes go into a daze and exclaim "It's the ring isn't it!"
14.You have gone to NZ and commanded to see every Lotr movies place
15.If someone asks you a small,simples lotr Q u end up raving on about it giving the extremely elongated answer

omg lol.... well, i have slightly pointed ears but i don't go showing them to everyone, they are EMBARRASSING!!!!!! rofl. And yes, the soundtrack is wonderful; once i put it on to fall asleep. I ended up doing some more coffee so that i could watch the films.

Mwehh. It happens.

I've got another point to add to the list:

You go to the Tolkein Weekend every year and dress up as characters from LOTR.

I love the Tolkein weekend. A whole two days dedicated to Tolkein. It's held at a place where Tolkein grew up in Birmingham and i live right by it! I go every year and dress up as characters from LOTR. It's in two weeks time and it's going to be sooo cool.

They put on theatrical performences in Mosely Bog, act out battles, archery, LOTR Model Workshop games, you can make eleven crows and swords out of twigs and even go to the real Two Towers in Edgebaston.

If anyone lives near B'ham, England, i suggest you go. It's great fun.

i live in crewe so i guess i could make it right its not that far away is it.

I'm not as crazy about it as you. I read the books... They were a bit... too descriptive for my taste to be quite frank. But I loved The Hobbit! I absolutley adored it. but mostly I prefer the movies to the books. Sorry guys. I failed you, but its true. Although I do admit I loved the Tom Bombadil part in the books. He was awesome. I do sometimes wish I had pointed ears... and I glare at my big brother Kyle who does in fact have a pointed ear. But my brother is a biggger LOTR fan than I am. He's read everything about it, and even had little lotr buttons. Their sooo cute. It has all the Fellowship on it. But yeah... I'm not crazy like you. I'm more of a HP fan sorry to say.
