800m MIDDLE DISTANCE


Welcome to the 800m middle distance event. Please read the instructions carefully

INSTRUCTIONS

The 800m running event is a longer race than the sprints so to complete this race you must do the following;

Start a fresh new story and submit three chapters of the story.

It is your choice how you wish to do this, either;
1. write the three chapters as a complete three-chapter story
or
2. Write the three chapters as the beginning of a longer story which you can finish later though only first three chapters are needed and will be looked at for this event.

Please note: If you choose the second option it may help you in longer running events later on

For this 800m event, a banner is not required though you may add one to your story on HQ if you wish though there is no need to add the banner here

IMPORTANT RULES

1. These three chapters MUST be written from this date onwards. No chapters/stories uploaded before this event are allowed.

2. All chapters MUST be uploaded onto HQ and the link posted here.

3. Do not post the link until all three chapters are up - we will check! (They can be in the queue for validation and you still may post the link as I can see all non-validated chapters though if your story doesnt meet rules of HQ and is not accepted, you may lose your place in the race though can still resubmit at later date and still be up for the medals)



1st, 2nd and 3rd bonus for race will go to the posting order of scores.
Points Possible can be found within the points post.
Story will be judged by judges in two different ways.

Gahh the last 2 chapters were rushed! Oh well not that i'd get any better anyhow, these writing challenges are killing me when Olympic's over I'll have either withdrawl fits or write never again xD
