Welcome to the 1000m middle distance event. Please read the instructions carefully
INSTRUCTIONS
The 800m running event is a longer race than the sprints so to complete this race you must do the following;
You can choose ONE of the following;
1. Start a completely new story and write 4 chapters
2. Write 4 chapters as a continuation of a previous story you have written
3. Write 4 different one shots
Stories, chapters can be on anything you wish!
For
this 1000m event, a banner is not required though you may add one if you wish and it will be up for the vote. If you want a banner considered then please add it to your story and also to this page! Remember, you do not need a banner to pass this race, though it may earn you more points if you choose to.
IMPORTANT RULES
1. These three chapters MUST be written from this date onwards. No chapters/stories uploaded before this event are allowed.
2. All chapters MUST be uploaded onto HQ and the link posted here.
3. Please post the link to EACH chapter. You may double post if need be as each new chapter/one shotneeds to be in another post. Link to the actual chapter, not the contents page!
1st, 2nd and 3rd bonus for race will go to the posting order of scores.
Points Possible can be found within the points post.
Story will be judged by judges in two different ways.

| This event is now closed. It may take a couple of days for the three judges to mark the stories and award points. Meanwhile, any banners submitted will be put up for the vote for bonus points. Any person who has submitted less than the required 4 chapters/one shots will gain half participation points and a reduction on points from judges depending upon how many chapters submitted. Only those who completed all their 4 chapters/one shots can be considered for a medal.
