Debate the following: How the purple hippo came into existence and is it really real!

Well. I for one am appalled that this could even be a debate. I mean, of course the purple hippo exists. It is THE purple hippo after all. He even eats spaghetti.
If anybody happens to doubt the existence of the purple hippo, I must say I question their insanity. If this right here cannot convince you that the purple hippo exists, i dont know what would.
*shakes head* Nope. You cannot deny that trufax evidence taken right from the scene of the crime. *cough*

The Purple Hippo has in fact always been in existence. We have just been unawares of it's existence until Sharon was so kind as to inform us of it. The hippo is always with us, looking over us, eating our frozen lasagna, the usual. (have you ever wondered where all that lasagna went? its crazy..)
It seems to be that, since no one knew of the hippo before Sharon made it public, the purple hippo came from the very insanity that is Sharon's mind. Being all caught up in being HE's mascot, The Hippo itself never seemed to question it's existence. and why should we? If The Purple Hippo is capable of being kidnapped, then The Purple Hippo is capable of standing in your kitchen rummaging through your fridge.
It's time to face the facts, folks. The hippo is here. and very much alive.

I must say that I have to agree with all points mentioned and that if the Hippo is not real, why has it been seen by so many?

After seeing these images, how can you deny that the purple hippo is a fake? The purple hippo is derived, as said before, from the Hippopotamidae family - containing the normal hippo.

Anybody who continues to deny the existance is, I am afraid to say, very, very wrong.

*Places evidence papers back down on table and looks around expectantly*

The Purple Hippo cannot exist, The idea of a completely purple animal is ubsurd. Think about it, animals are made to blend in with there surroundings right? What does the purple hippo blend in with? The Purple wallpaper in my bedroom. I hardly think it.

The evidence given by the two Kates is clearly wrong, they are showing pictures of a blue hippo, not purple hippos. I am forced to conclude that they are telling lies to make the famous blue hippo less famous.

Luna did not say purple, she was suposed to say marple coloured (xD) by burped in the middle of the word, and then was too impolite to excuse herself.
