Bright Lights. [Matthew + Phoenix]

Phoenix sighed, glancing out into the Heads' dorm's window. "Why did it have to rain?" She asked herself.

Matthew walked up behind her....
"Do you think the raij is going to stop our little outing?"

Phoenix jumped, as she turned around.
"Well should have known it was you." She said grinning. "And maybe...JOKE!"

Matthew laughed,
"Right lets go!" he grabbed an umberella and signalled for her to follow

Phoenix rolled her eyes, as she held his hand following him.

Matthew smiled as the warmth of her hand touched his,
"You know where we're going yet?" he asked, he'd been keeping it a secret letting her randomly guess.

Phoenix smiled tenderly back at him.
"Hmm Black Lake?" She asked.

"Nope!" Matthew laughed "Try again!"

Phoenix pouted at him, "I'm having my moments again." She said, grinning.

"Well, in about ten minutes you'll know..." he told her winking.

Phoenix once again, blushed. Her cheek becoming tinted with a pinkish red colour.

Matthew opened the door and walked out of the house, walking towards a griup of trees.
"Come on slow coach!"

Phoenix rolled her eyes as she paced herself following him.

Matthew entered the clearing on the forest, long before Phoe...
"Your so slow!" he told her when he ran back to her, lifting her and running back to the clearing.

Phoenix gasped, as he picked her up. "I ment for you to do that." She said, kissing his cheek.

It was Matthew who blushed this time, well he felt like he should be blushing.
"Right. ofcourse you did."
In the clearing was a canapee that had tables in it and a stero, the stero was already playing a sweet slow moving song...
"Dance?" he asked her

Phoenix nodded, taking his hand. "Of course." She said.

Matthew took one of Phoe's hands and then the other and danced over to the canapee, then he took out his wand and made bright lights circle them.

Phoenix felt her heart light up, nobody had ever done something like this for her before. "Matt.." She started, catching her breath.

"Yes?" he asked her, holding her tighter in.

Phoenix's eyes locked with Matt's, as moments of silence commenced.

"Phoe?" Matt repeated

"Yes?" She whispered.

"I think... I did this for a reason.." ge told her forgetting completely why he had done it... his nerves where killing him.

Phoenix smiled, nodding her head. She then kissed him softly.

Matthew accepted the kiss, kissing her back. He was in a world of his own, with Phoe, he'd always wanted to be in that place. Now he didn't know what to do.

Phoeinx smiled, pulling back and resting her head against his.

"Is this what you want?" he asked her, his eyes still closed.

Phoenix hesitated with her answer, yet nodded movements after.

At these words Matthew kissed her again, "Only if its what you want.." he reminded her pulling away.

Phoenix kissed him, them parting from him. "Yes," She told him. "Tis what i want."

"That's just what I want to hear you know..." Matthew laughed

Phoenix smiled, taking his hand into her own.

Matthew looked at her, "You klnow this wont be sinple, not easy.."

Phoenix raised an eyebrow at him questioningly.
"Why won't is be easy?" She asked him.

"I am, what I am, you know that." Matthew mimbled "You could turn around now if you want..."

Phoenix rolled his eyes at him. "Who cares if your a vampire? I don't." She told him.

"Others do, and you know that very well..." Matthew mumbled these words again, he wanted to change the subject.

Phoenix kissed him softly on the cheek, "My cousin knows what its like...." She said.

"What it's like to have to try and be someone he's not. No human knows a true vampire, if they did, they'd be dead before they could describe it.."

Phoenix shook his head, "He regret everything he has ever done, with him having a soul that keep him good." She told him.

"Not the case for all of us..."

Phoenix raised an eyebrow at him.

"Well, I don't want to explain, but you know when we're young we going to frenzy right?"

Phoenix looked at him.
"What?" She asked obviously not paying attention.

"Nothing it doesn't matter, It's just im a sorta different brand of vampire... not usually accepted anywhere, magical or human."

"I accept you and that is all that matters." She told him.

"I love you, you know that?"

Phoenix nodded, looking at him. "I know..." She trailed off, "I love you."

Matthew smiled at her, not knowing what to say
