Feelings driving me Insane.

Matt sat on the bench, waiting for his Phoe, at least he hoped today she would offically be his Phoe.

Phoenix pulled her cloak around her shoudlers, finally allowing herself to warm up, glancing out in front of her, her eyes came across Matthew. "Hey." She said, sitting on the bench.

Matthew looked at her
"You look nice today"

Phoenix shook her head, looking down at her choice of outfit.
"Thanks, you look handsome." She said, looking at his choice of clothing.

Matthew mockingly ran his fingers through his hair,
"Always a tone of surprise!" he joked with her

Phoenix grinned, allowing a laugh to follow.

Matthew looked at her,
"Right so lets go for a walk, he got up and garbbed her hand to pull her up.

Phoenix smiled, looking down at their hands. Blushing violently.

Matthew looked at her, not recognising her emotion.

Phoenix then glanced over at him, happiness clearly written on her features.

Matthews eyes widened in shock that was an emotion he knew well."You can choose what direction we go in..."

Phoenix nodded, looking around her. "Hmm you pick." She said, looking back at him.

Matthew shook his head "No really I dont mind where we go.."

Phoenix nodded, looking around once more. "Right." She said, pulling him with her.

Phoe didn't know that the path she picked depended on whether e asked her out or not... he hoped she'd pick the wider path.

Phoenix glanced at the paths, looking at the wider one she began to walk down it.

Matthews stomach tightened as he saw what way she was heading the hard part was still to come.
"OK" he said as he followed her

Phoenix hummed lightly to herself, as she danced along the path.

Matthew watched Phoe, purposely holding back a little.

Phoenix raised an eyebrow questioningly at Matt, as she turned to face him.

"Phoe..." he whimpered, finding it difficult to get the words out.

Phoenix walked closer to him, "Matt?" She repeated, "Whatever it is just say."

"I...I ermm... I" he bowed his head "I love you!" he yelled at her accidently

Phoenix bit her lip, remaining silent.

Matthew was shocjked that he';d managed to make such a mess of it...
"Sorry, It's too much for you at one time.."

Phoenix shook her head, placing her hand on his cheek.

Matthew closed his eyes at her touch. "No really, I don't want to puch you into things!"

Phoenix moved her other to rest on his free check.

"Phoe?" he asked her, it was more of a warning... he didn't want her to be hurt.

Phoenix ignored him, as she looked at him.

Matthew put his hand ontop of hers... "What now?" he asked in almost a whisper

Phoenix shook her head, "I don't know." She whispered.

"I've never been in love before, not even close. I don't know what to do..." he mumbled helplessly "If I could stay here forever, with you I would."

Phoenix looked up back at him, "Why me?" She asked, reaching out for his hand.

"Because your the one I love, the one I want to spend eternity with..." he promised her.

Phoenix felt tears arising within her eyes.

"Don't cry, you should be happy..." he didn't understand the emotion of 'tears of happiness' yet.

Phoenix chuckled to herself lightly at him.

"What?" Matthew asked a confused smile comming to his face.

Phoenix grinned, saying nothing.

"Ok," Matthew said with a confused look on his face... "Explain"

Phoenix rolled her eyes, "If were crying tears of happiness." She explained.

"Right" Matthew nodded, still not sure why you would cry when your happy, but he went along with it.

Phoenix laughed, looking at his face expressed with confusion.

"Doesn't matter" he laugfhed shaking it off.

Phoenix rolled her eyes once more at him.

"Anywho... yea... come sit down" he'd only realized they'd be standing all this time. There was chairs and a table.. Happy Valentines day... this is also the day we first met, 3 years ago."

Phoenix widen, looking at him.
"Are you foreal?" She asked him, smiling.

"Foreal as foreal can be... Doesn't feel like it does it?"

Phoenix shook her head, looking around them.
"If doesnt at all." She said.
