The main forum is where all challenges will be posted, as well as general graphics discussion threads.

Graphics Tutorials and Requests Forum
Here, you can read and post graphics tutorials and in the subforum, make requests to graphics artists.

When requesting graphics, please make sure you adhere to the artist's particular rules.

Graphics Showcase
Open a thread in this forum to show off all your graphics, and to receive comments from other members.

Graphics Challenge Rules

1. Your username MUST be on the bottom right hand corner of your graphics, small but readable. This is to help staff when tallying up votes.

2. Each challenge has specifications such as size and text etc. Size is the most important one here. If you do not stay within the specs of each challenge then you may not see you graphics entry entered.

3. Remember to post image as well as image code under it. If a big image (ie: wider than 550) then please post thumbnail and thumbnail code.

Graphics Tournaments

We run a termly graphics tournament, which pits your talents against other members in a series of rounds and votes.

How it Works

There will be different rounds in which you will be paired off or in groups. You will find your groups/pairs for each round in the scores and rounds thread found in the main part of the graphics forum.

For each round, you will be given the task of creating a few graphics (graphics tasks set in main thread) which will then be PMed to Duck the Duck and put up for the vote anonymously.

After each round, the member/s with the lowest vote count on their graphics will be knocked out of the competition.

Housepoints Avaliable

Each member taking part will recieve a certain amount of housepoints. The longer you stay in the competition, the more housepoints you will gain.

For every one vote you earn in the polls, you get 50 housepoints. You also earn 50 housepoints for participating in each round.

Those in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will also gain the following extra housepoints:

1st: 1000 housepoints
2nd: 700 housepoints
3rd: 500 housepoints
