I thought it might be nice to have a thread to say who you've given reputation to and why.

Perhaps someone's post made you smile, or laugh, or they said something extraordinarily intelligent that you just had to click that little + in their post.

So, have you repped anyone today? And if so, why?

But paying them helps a lot xD Or then just recruiting people to your very own mafia - that's what I do; I expect people to love and adore me unconditionally and rep me :D

I have a bad habit of not reading the portal. This is partly because so much of what's on the portal is on the notice board too and mostly because I click on links in my email then go to the home page when I'm finished with my updates. Sometimes I'll even use my address bar like when I just want to go to the quidditch forum or my diary. I usually catch what's going on. Speaking of catching what's going on, I'm confused again. I have three rep points, but my stats say I only have one thank you. I don't have any negative or positive votes.

Yes! Complete sense! On other boards I've been on, you have to leave a comment when you rep someone, which is good cause then you don't have people going around giving bad rep for no reason, cause it shows you who has given you rep.

I have looked in the admin panel at who has given reputation. I can see who is giving a very high amount of negative reps, and I'm going to send off a PM reminding them that it is to be used sparingly.

Everyone - please remember that this is supposed to be a fun system! Negative reps shouldn't be handed out loosely!
