Welcome to the maze, Lucy!

You find yourself at the beginning of a huge maze composed of gigantic green hedges. Using your knowledge of spells, especially Charms, you must find a way out of this maze. Numerous obstacles will be presented to you and they need to be passed in order for you to move on through the maze. Tall leafy walls rise up on both sides of you. The sun shines brightly and there's nothing in sight... at the moment. Step into the maze and begin this adventure. Remember to role-play your actions, show your knowledge of spells and charms, and to be creative. Your first obstacle will follow your first post. There will be ten total challenges for you to complete before you're done.

Lucy stepped into the maze and let out a little laugh. She flicked her hair casually from her eyes, and withdrew her wand from the pocket in which it had been residing. She calmly began to put one foot slowly in front of the other, and walk at a leisurely pace....but...alas...as she was, and is, a clumsy soul, no journey was complete without her tripping over, for at the moment, she tripped over her own feet and fell to the ground. She, fortunately, wasn't hurt this time, and jumped right back up, dusting herself off.

"I'm ok..." she said to no-one in particular.
She laughed.
"Fantastic start," she muttered to herself uneasily, and began to walk again, and little more causiously this time, as she rounded her first corner.

A thick orange cloud begins to form in stinky maze, blocking sight and muffling sound. It covers stinky entire maze, shielding Lucy from stinky sun above but preventing her from knowing where she's going. As she walks, she finds it harder and harder to move - stinky cloud is growing solid! She needs to get rid of it before she's stuck!
