HEMM: Harry Potter

Ginny fought the urge to squeal as she approached Harry Potter. She was already scribbling his name down on her paper with her quill-excuse the hearts that were around it-and opened her mouth to speak.

"Hi there, Harry. Where were you and who was with you after dinner until Trelawney was found? Can you think of anyone who might harbor a deep hatred for her? Did you ever want something horrible to happen to her-after all, she did predict your death six times a day."

Pad waled in and found Harry.
"Hello Harry. I am here to ask a few things...One can I see the things you were wearing on the night of the death?"

"Maybe you secretly hate her, for she was the one who predicted that prophecy afterall. Also, she said it in a place where it was overheard by Snape, who told Voldy which led to your parents murder!!"

Rip finished her rant, and took deep breaths, string Harry in the face.

"How did you robe and Jeans get ripped Harry? Did you cut them one some thing? Or fall down stairs and rip them..."

Rip followed.

"Sorry Harry, i just got caught up in the moment." She glanced down at his ripped jeans and cloak and frowned. "How did you do that Harry? Looks like you've been fighting."

Ginny looked over at Rip,

"Great." she murmured to herself, but to Rip she said. "Maybe being a bit gentler would be better next time." Ginny began to run after Harry. "Harry! Wait!" She struggled to catch up with him. "'Your clothes-they're all torn. I was wondering if I could see the ones you were wearing last night-just to check something." Ginny said as nicely as she could. "I'm sorry about what she said back there..."

"Fine, no questions just a request. I'm going to need to compare this copy of a scrap of fabric found near Trelawney's body to the one on your robe." Ginny knelt down on the floor and began comparing. "This'll only take a minute, I'm sorry and if you stay still and be good I'll give you a cookie or something."

Jessica walks up infront of Harry blocking his path way.

"Hi Harry Im Jessica Riddle" she smiles and blushes a little, "So um I was like wondering what you were doing friday as I was wondering if you wanted to go with m-" *recived glares from other detectives* "I mean, you said Ron and Hermione got into it again right? Do you think they will ever get together? I mean they would make an ok couple but, and I know this sounds outrages Harry but I think that Hermione and Draco would be good together but anyways so yeah I was just like passing by and thought I would ask you if Ron and Hermione had gotten into another fight.."

Jess smiled expectantly.

:Life squealed at the prospect of a mystery and hasitly pulled on her 'I <3 Poirot' T-shirt. She walked over to where Harry was being questioned and looked him up and down.:

"Harry, may i ask you some questions regarding the night of Trelawny's murder? I can? Great! *Life pauses to clear her throat* I understand you believe the subject of Divinations is a load of tosh, is there any significance to you...Trelawny being the first to rise, the first to die?

Secondly, what are you're feelings towards Ms. Trelawny? bitter? angry? indeferent perhaps?

Finally are you missing any parchment?" Life whipped out her trusty note-pad to prepare to scribble down answers.

Do you write notes to anyone, Harry, perhaps in lessons or otherwise? Have you ever written to Hermione?

Etta pushed her way through the other dectives until she was stood angrily in front of Harry.

"Alright you, Sit still and listen to me carefully," She barked, her eyes boring straight into his. "The material found at the scene matches your robes, cocidence?i think not, i do not believe in such things, now, i want you check your glasses, hand them over... Hmm....Tell me when did you break your glasses? These seem awfully 'new' for you."

Etta glared at Harry as she fiddled with his glasses. "Did you or did you not kill Professer Trewlaney? Would you have wished that it had been Professor Snape who had been killed? Are you still angry at him for his part in your parents deaths? Were you waiting outside, for Professor Snape? Ready to strike him, to kill him? But instead you killed Professor Trewlaney...Did you?" She quizzed hurridly.

~Fated shoved past everyone and after discovering that the material matched Harry's he met eye to eye with Harry.

"Why so upset, Potter? Your face is red, you're sweating and you seem a bit fidgety. Not to mention that the material matches yours. Why is that? I wonder... Are you hiding something? Maybe something you don't want us to know? Something to do with the murder? You seem pretty hostile towards Trelawny even after the fact that she's dead..." He smirks and slowly nods arrogantly. "I can't wait to hear you get yourself out of this one." He added.~~

Ginny bit her lip, her heart sinking into the bit of her stomach.

"Harry, I'm sorry it does match your robes. This puts you at the scene of the murder. So, were you anywhere near the place where Trelawney's body was found? At all that day? And, why did you have your invisibility cloak near you in your bed? What's with the soil, where you going for a walk outside?"

::Jenn speaks from the corner of the room.::

"Seriously Harry, this cloth really does condemn you until you start telling us the truth. Hermione said that she heard some shuffling yet didn't SEE anybody. Did you take your cloak out and was wandering around that night? What exactly did you see?"

"Who ran by?" Ginny continued. She smiled at Leyna, her fellow Huffie Badger bud.

Hugging her fellow badgers, Etta smiled at Harry.

"Harry, is there something your not telling us? Some tiny bit of information which you feel is irrelevant to this case? Even if it doesnt seem very important, still tell us."

~Fated walks back up to Harry again "Harry Potter, nice to see you again." He smirks then clears his throat. "So, you backed out as soon as you saw Hermione? ANd why is that Harry? Hermione is your friend, why would you want to hide yourself from her? Was it because you were up to something that was possibly immoral? Something that even your own friend wouldn't cover up for you? Maybe you were afraid of getting lectured by her...but then again maybe not. Is it possible that you didn't want her to see you becuz of where you may have been heading? Maybe planning on doing something that was ...shall we say...suspicious?" His tone was sharp and he stared at Harry with his piercing gaze.~

A slytherin girl saw Harry and hurried towards him. "Hello Potter" she said quickly and then asked" So you avoid both of them, when they fight..I've seen you with Hermoine or Ron when they fight just not with both of them at once. Also could you take a guess as to who's voice you heard?"

"Where they heading in the direction of the location of Trelawney's body?" Ginny did her best to try and piece together what had happened. "Oh, and Harry-were you aware that Malfoy was planning to use the snare on you?"

"Is there any possible way for someone who's not in gryffindor to get in the common room or dormitories? If so how?"
