Right, I have to ask. Am I the only person over the age of ten here who is slightly obsessed by Disney films?

I love Disney films...especially the four I have categorized 'classics'...'Beauty and the Beast', 'The Little Mermaid', 'The Lion King' and 'Aladdin'.

Of course, there are more great Disney films, but I lub these ones the best...oh the songs! And the cheesy Disney kisses! And the songs!

Anyone else like Disney?

I absolutely ADORE Disney films, duck!!!! My fave being 'Lion King', 'Mary Poppins', 'Aladdin', 'Snow White', well, basically.... ALL of them! :D

I like Disney!! your only ten.....ohh..lol XD My first ever movie that I like when I was little (And went to see in theaters when i was like...3?..2?/..) was Beauty and The Beast! I love the cheesy kisses!!! I love the classics...they are better than the newer stuff....

The Little Mermaid was the first film I went to see at the cinema when I was four. Awwww.

No you definately (Its that word i never spell right again lol) not weird - I love Disney films although i rarely get to see them these days. I am looking forward to watching more now that my brother is 4 and sister is 2!

Have no idea if that is correct. Anyway, Snow white annoys me with all the 'oooohhhhhohohohoh' that see does. And Peter pan looks like a pixie, so i dont watch that anymore. He annoys me.

I just looooooooooove Disney movies. I have a Disney calendar too lol Oh, and I bought the specials edition of Cinderella and Alice in Wonderland... robbery I call it! But I couldn't help it either lol.

I want to own them all! Mwahaha seriously, I just love those movies, they are so full of magic and dreams and sweet things that make you want to believe in life...

Cinderella is my favorite Disney movie. I remember, when I was like... 2, I knew the book by heart, and I didn't even know how to read yet lol. But I would say it all by heart lol

I still like disney films. they are geat fun. I am a fan of lilo & stitch 1 and 2. I also really really enjoy the classics!

You're right too, there's no shame to have on that topic. Disney is great, and even if it could be meant for children, it was written by adults who loved what they wrote and drew and created. Anyway, those who love Disney movies can also say that they didn't loose their inner child and yay for those person

Oh, the Disney songs are fantastic. I probably know most of the words to the songs in B&tB, little mermaid, lion king and aladdin.

I would say my sister (rip_dogfather on here) is slightly more obsessed by the songs though, she has this big yellow folder with all her fave things in, and alongside the dreadful harry potter art, some random fanfictions she wrote, photos from the Isle of Wight, and lots of other random stuff, are loads and loads of lyrics to disney songs she printed off the net. (as well as the songs from The Frog Prince and quotes from The Hot Chick, for some reason!)

OK, that's enough rambling...but Disney songs are great! I like "little town" from B&tB the best, I know most of the words (even the parts they speak).

Aww.... oh yeah, most of the Lion King lyrics are rather weird. But I luv em all! I know most of the songs in Mary Poppins And Aladdin, Snow White (though whoever can sing that high is ingenious), Cinderella... well, most! I can play The Age of Not Believing on te piano.... in fact, I have a biiig Disney book full of a lot of songs!!! :D

I just LOVE disney songs. They have really catchy tunes and the lyrics are hilarious.

Good idea. But I really need to buy more updated videos or dvds. All (practically) of mine are spoilt.

We only have Lion King on DVD My Little Mermaid video is all grainy and bad quality, I should update mine, too.

I tried watching cinderella last night...i couldn't hear most of it - it was like a pirated copy (it's not!)

Ok Both my parents worked at disney world and now only my step dad dose but (free tickets.. and inside info on new films hah) I hate disney world...

and as for the films I love them but I hate the message they send..

at a young age you believe almost everything you hear on t.v. and Disney movies are mostly full of fluff, I mean they always end with happily ever after and I think it makess it harder for us as teens because we grew up thinking life was going to be easy,

and did you see the way snow white cleaned the house, she made it look fun and easy and it is not fun or easy when I clean my house lol

I never believed that the Disney films were a representation of real life. How many mermaids do you know?

I just love them for the songs, for the happy ever after that cheers you up etc.

I watched Lion King last night! So sad when Mufasa dies...

But Duck when your little you beliefe everything you see and hear yeah the songs are awsome but then the next day I feel lousy because I cant find my fairy god mother, or my king og the jungle father......

haha yeah I do love Disney films but I still dont like that my little sister goees around saying her fairie god mother is gonna lock me up in a dark dungeon( and she really says stuff like taht to me..)

I'm 17 years old and I LOVE Disney movies! my first movie I saw was Peter Pan, but my favorite Disney Movie of all time is THe Little Mermaid. I LOVE Arielle!! hehe

I think growing up IS being in a world of Disney. I don't think anyone's childhood would be complete without it. It's like... a necessity!

My favorite Disney movie would have to be Pocahontas, Sleeping Beauty, and Beauty and the Beast.

The songs are awesome! I used to have a casette tape of all the disney songs and I memorize the song "Belle" and "Part of Your World" already. Haha.

I also have the videos of the movies since we own a video store when I was young. Unfortunately, they are the crude betamax! Hahaha, so I cannot watch them anymore.

And I love Disney Channel too!

I watched Tarzan the other day, and realised how disturbing it actually is. there's this one bit where evil Clayton dies by being hung by some vines. You don't actually see his body being hung, but when lightening flashes, you see his hanigng silhouette on the tree behind him. And the way Gaston dies in Beauty and the Beast.

Even though i love Disney films soooooo much, when you actually think about practically all Disney films, the story line is pretty disturbing.

Oh my God! I am sooo glad that I'm not the only 10+ person that's obsessed with Disney!!! I was just saying today how I'm going to go out and buy all my favorite Disney movies again after I has to leave them in America when we moved. I already bought all the Lion King movies. I feel like I haven't done something when I got to long without seeing one of them. I need to but Aladdin, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, and I can't think of the rest.

I adore the songs!!! They're my favorite parts of the movies! The Brother Bear songs and the Tarzan songs are awesome and so are the Lion King ones!!! Oh my God, I feel like a five-year-old again!
