Magic is Might Experience

I recently saw a post on Mugglenet for this interactive four month long RPish site but it's to get everyone hyped up for the last movie. As mugglenet sums it up:

The website is built around a virtual newspaper called Magic is Might, with which the Ministry informs the Wizarding community of what is going on in the world from their point of view. The Experience launched this morning with a “Pius Thicknesse Appointed New Minister for Magic” article, detailing Scrimgeour’s ‘retirement’, transition of power, and quotes from various employees.

Events in Deathly Hallows taking place over an eight-month period will be condensed into the next four months of the year, ending with the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 in theatres on July 15th. Participants in the Experience can also choose to receive e-mail updates from the Minister of Magic and Dolores Umbridge, receive actual text (SMS) messages from various characters and even interact with them in real-time using Facebook.

In the Experience, visitors can also choose sides, between the Ministry and "The Rebellion." Each side welcomes you to interactive contests, puzzles, digital warfare and working with others to prevent, or commit, kidnappings and capturing of Undesirables.

It's amazinggggg! I've become a fan of most of the characters on facebook and it's tons of fun, especially if you like to RP. The charaters stay in their roles the whole time and even say some really good insulting jokes. It's hilarious! So you guys should definitley go check it out.

This is one of the coolest things I have ever seen on the internet. I signed up for the e-mails and I am really excited to see what they are like. Someone is a genius for coming up with this.

I know! It makes me soooo happy! I can tell this is gonna be by new procrastination method along with HE! Hahaha. For some reason the page isn't loading for me right now and I'm growing increasingly frusterated. Curse you, Muggle contraptions!

Ok, so not that I am on their side or anything (down with the ministry!) but I think that it is really cool that you can print the mudblood pamphlets. I really wanted to know what all of the pamphlets in the movie said, and now I can read one! Even though it's a load of rubbish.

I know! It's so cool! I'm actually in love. Hahaha

The only thing is, mugglenet says you can earn Galleons, turn people in (not that'd I do that ), and do puzzles and stuff like that but I don't know how to get in on that? Maybe that's part of what the emails are? Hmmm....*tries to figure it out*

I made a new facebook and friended a bunch of characters. It is awesomeness.

This site is incredible. I have fallen in love and I've only been looking at it for a little while. I don't know why someone hadn't thought of this from the very beginning! To be able to do something like this throughout all of the movies would have been such an experience. As it is though, it's only for the last movie...which I'm still thankful for! I've tried looking everywhere for anything that's interactive, but haven't really been able to find anything. Let me know if one of you is able to.

I haven't found anything interactive yet either. I think that maybe they just haven't gotten that far since it was started March 1st. I am excited for when you can actually pick a side and join the rebellion.

Me too! Ahhh! I can't wait! I now stalk everyone of those facebook profiles. Kinda sad but aweosme.

I don't have a twitter but I'm thinking of making one just for this. haha

You should! You should! I decided to follow MiM and all of the people they were following. Trust me, it's rewarding. I am CRACKING up everytime I get a tweet from "Fred" or "George".

I don't have a twitter either, but I was thinking about making one just for this and HE. I am having lots of fun stalking them on facebook though.

Fred and George's comments are all hilarious! I love it! I think I will end up making a twitter. *debates*

But for now I'll just keep stalking facebook. It's just hard cause there's soooo many of them. Which is also awesome.

Exactly, though most of them do end up on my News Feed...still I think I might make a Twitter.

I love that we're finally getting some more interactive stuff besides the RPing with the whole password thing. Good fun

Well today they let out a thing to join the Snatcher society. Also, I was thinking... I wonder if people who are interested in that and are actually participating would like HE? Also, I'm thinking about just flat out starting a new Facebook, because this one is getting very confusing with all of the updates and whatnot.

I know! I think I'm gonna join the Snatcher society even though I'm a member of the Rebellion too. I can double cross the Snatchers.

I'm sure a lot of them would love HE cause everyone who's doing it is a huge HP fan.
