Okay, so I was totally surprised that there isn't any thread for this yet when I got on. I would guess that everybody else here have seen it already, too, but if not go see it now! xD
Not sure if you all talked about this somewhere else in the site but, mweh it deserved to have its own thread! :D


I actually waited for it, so I'm one of those who've seen it first.
You know what I think? I think even Jo cannot let HP end just like that, that's why she gives us Pottermore. And just like how I feel during the books' first releases and first movie showings, I cannot wait for October to come and see this!

OH! I stayed up until 4 in the morning, my time, just to watch it. I was actually tired too! I just about peed my pants with excitement. It was probably a wonderful sight to see. ANYWAY. I'm obviously thrilled about this!

I woke up extra early to see it and was dying of excitement. I've got to say though, I was a bit disappointed that they made all this hype about the site and when it was going to open only to have to wait until October to actually see it...regardless, I know have something to look forward to in the fall and it looks like it's going to be amazing!

It looks awesome, but I can't get onto it via my computer. Which means I'll have to sneak during IB things.

I know, right? They made us wait for the announcement and now they're making us wait for the announcement to come to life. O:

More like a torture to us, but yep, at least after July 15th we'll have another date/month to wait for! I'd bet my lovely scribbles of unimportant drawings that the site will explode on its first day and nobody will be able to get on. D: LOL NO! Hopefully not, 'cause that would be like a total sucky curse or something. xD

It definitley counts as a form of torture. Though it is good that we have another date to look forward to or else I might have cried. xD

But I agree, the site's gonna expload from an overload of people and then we'll never get to see it. How sad. They need to make multiple sites so it doesn't crash. xD

I envy that person from Mugglenet who had a first hand experience for what Pottermore is in stored for us Potterheads.

I knowww! Merg! I wish I was that cool! Though they do say to come back on the 31st to see how to get in early...but I never get to do any of that cool stuff so I'll probably have to wait until October. Boo.

I HATE HATE HATE that I really don't know what this is. All i know is something about a website that Rowling is making for HP. That's exciting enough to know, so that makes me wanting to know about it! But, anyone care to share some info on this for mee?D:

So, it appears to me like a real MMORPG thingy, except we'll be like re-reading the books, as Jo have said. But still. And if it is, I will be as happy as ever. I have the HBP game thingy it's good, and I won't mind playing a sort of same game that'll give me more info about HP. Who would, anyway? :D

And I signed up immidately. Good thing too, because I've heard they closed off accepting emails right now due to an overflow.

I seen it two minutes earlier than I should have She had it up on Pottermore before Youtube...I had both up, refreshing. I was really upset at first, but I slowly grew to the idea.

So, I registered around 2 o'clock and then went to sleep... As soon as I woke up (around 8) I checked my email and I still hadn't gotten the verification e-mail. By this time I was freaking out. Then 9 o'clock rolled around, then 10 o'clock, then 11 o'clock, then noon and I still hadn't gotten the dang email. Literally ass soon as I gave up hope, I got the verification email. WHOOPWHOOP.

I got mine about ten minutes later

Well then. Aren't you special I heard that most people who used yahoo didn't get theirs as fast... Which would explain my 10 hour wait.
