i was just wonderin how do u put your picture in?

I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to, but if you want to add a signature to below your message or an avatar for your profile, you'll need to edit your profile.

At the top of the page, if you click the "profile" tab, you'll be taken to a page to edit your profile.



From there, click the "Signature" tab to make a picture or message show up underneath the messages you post, and the "Avatar" tab to change the smaller picture that shows up on your profile and the side of the messages you post.



Avatars can be uploaded in a variety of ways, from URLs to finding a file on your computer, and to update your signature you'll need to use

and whatever text you'd like and then save.

I was refering to putting your picture in your essay if needed

There are two ways to add an image to a post. Depending on the way I have instructions for either.

If you have the link of an image that you want to upload, your task is pretty simple. Just make sure the image isn't too big that it'll stretch the page when you post it.

1) Click on the square with the picture on it.


2) Add the link of the image in the square and then hit OK.


3) The link will come up with IMG tags around it, looking like this. If you hit preview you will see your image.


4) Your image is added to the post.




However, if you have an image on your computer that you want to add. Things are a little different. Here's how to add an image that way.

1) Click on the square with the picture of a picture and a floppy disk.


2) A screen will come up that will be to upload a picture. To upload a picture simply hit the browse button as shown below.


3) Look through your folders on your computer to find the image that you want. Once you find it select it and make sure that the name appears in the bottom box. Then click 'open'.


4) The file will now be listed in the blank box. Next select if you need to resize the image. If you think the size is alright, click No. Otherwise it'd be best to click the '320 width (for blogs)' option.


5) Once you've made your selection, click on 'Host it'.


6) Three options will come up now.

A) If you want a tiny image that people can click to make bigger (usually a good way to go) click on the first one and make sure that you copy it by pressing 'Ctrl' and 'C' at the same time.


Click again on the picture with a floppy disk to close the box.


This is what your screen will look like now with your custom code and when you click preview you'll see the image.


This is how your image will look in a post:


People can then click on the image to make it bigger.
