Graphics Tournament 8 - Sign Ups and Instructions

Everyone get in line to sign up for the 8th Graphics Tournament on H.E.!

This graphics tournament is going to be different from those of years past because there will be, as new site policy, no eliminations! That's right, so you can pick and choose the rounds you want to do and not worry about missing any. This also means that you can sign up late and join in whenever you feel like it.

The voting of this tournament will work much like the drabbles tournament. Everyone will send in their graphics for the categories they wish to participate in and they will be posted anonymously. All participants will send in their votes to me and all non-participants will be able to vote on the thread.

There will be two rounds posted every month for participants to take part in as graphics can sometimes be quite time consuming. The two rounds posted together will likely be linked in some way or another, but from month to month will vary randomly.
