Okay, yes, I'm a horrible artist, so NO LAUGHING. But this is a costume designed for two people! One person is the house from Up (right), and the other plays Russel! Russel just has to dress up int he same clothes, and the person who's playing the house just makes a house shaped box, decorate it, and put balloons on the back, and then you step into it and tada! You're the house!
