All you have to do is simply buy the can and open it up. Out will pop everything you need to have a real party: including (but not limited to) ghosts, black cats, pumpkins and sweets.

Warnings: Once objects are out of a can they can not be put back into it.
Black cats must be adopted by can opener after can is opened.
Ghosts may or may not be friendly and may or may not continue to stay in house after being opened.
