| Well, I kniw this suggestion costs, though not a lot but my suggestion buying a. com domain, there are cheap domain for like 6.99$ per year, away of the cost, search results on search engines view domains before subdomains, which will guarantee you some place in 1st page as no one uses rpg voting sites anymore, they all use search engines so if you buy a domain you get to have more users, also it makes you look more professional! | |

| I feel like it may be nice to reconstruct the RPG parts of the site, so that house points (or a new form of currency or award specifically for RPG'ing) would be possible to incur. The points could be awarded for the length of the posts. The amount of points rewarded wouldn't be anything significant. It would be 1 house point per 5 lines of text. I think it might help make the site more active to reward people for coming on the site. Once they are here, they will stick around for more than just RPG'ing!
Also, what about renewing the yearbook? We could have a Yearbook class as an elective (in Art, Drama & Creative Writing? So, it would be up to Amber if she wanted to moderate). Whoever wants to join in the making of it can apply for a position. We can have people send in pictures, have a feature on Quidditch or the House Cup. I could go into further detail, but it would take forever and you get the point.

| For improvement, I think we'd really need to lower homework length or up homework points to get people wanting to be involved in them again. Taking time to do homework for points is hard, especially when it doesn't seem like you're getting much out of it.
For something new, I'd really love to see more interaction between people for other things that they love. Maybe we could do a movie club where someone suggests a movie and we all watch it (did we do something like this before? I feel like we might have, but it was ages ago).
Something I'd love to see come back is more live events. It'll obviously be a requirement that we have more people involved first, but live events really created that bond between people that is harder and harder to make.

| For getting more involvement, I suggest we make exams easier, at least for the first few years, because I have heard how hard they are. This could also be an improvement for the site.'
Also, if someone has a hobby they are REALLY good at and willing to help with or host an activity or one-time class, relating to the hobby, that would be extremely cool.
Another thing I would LOVE to see is a place where we suggest things/events about Harry Potter that someone hears about and we see how many people go. IF a certain number of people go and post pictures, maybe we could award points for best picture or something.
Another thing I would love to see is if/when we get/do something cool or unique relating to Harry Potter, we send in a picture or link a video of us using it, within a time frame and doing a collage for the site with the pictures
The last thing I want to see is a place where we, as a site, can post about books we read that we really liked, that are similar to Harry Potter. I, for one, have a bunch to recommend.
By the way, I agree with the yearbook and would LOVE to help with that.

| Suggestions for HE improvement
Improvements? Well if it's not broken, don't fix it. Haha! In all seriousness though, improvements I think that would benefit the site would be updating the exams and finally adding the elusive NEWTS that have been a work in progress for the last 6 years I believe? To bring back activity--I suggest advertising the site more and by doing that you can create monthly challenges for the members--person with the most referrals gets house points. The best way to get activity though is to keep the site alive, it's how we used to keep members active and interested. Excitement is contagious and if a few key members are excited who are fueling that competitive side of things, people will respond to that. And with the new movies and play coming out there will most likely be renewed interest in the series. Use this to your advantage--word of mouth is a powerful tool.
Suggestions of something you'd like have on HE
Suggestions for something new? Hmmm, this is a tricky one. After ten years we've done a lot! We've also been around long enough to have our own HE con and invite all the members to join us. Of course, a location in a centralized location in the world would need to be chosen in order to pull this off and a lot of organization. BUT, with the right planning and stuff it could be done. This idea is out there of course. Site wise, we could create another school on the site based on the new schools JK Rowlings released and house people there as well, or create a competition between said schools. Would make things interesting and then we could REALLY have a world cup tournament!
Suggestions of something you'd like to bring back that we have done before in the past
Quidditch. ALWAYS Quidditch. It's an old idea but a new one--but I want to bring the World Cup to the stage and/or Christmas Quidditch where we make up our own teams again. That would be fun. Also bring back the HE Newsletter, it was a great way to keep people in the know.

Thanks, we are actually looking into this 50 HP - Clafin wrote:

If you have further thoughts about how we could do that, let me know. As for the yearbook I think Sashi is planning something but I will have to check with her 125 HP - amberg93 wrote:

Something I'd love to see come back is more live events. It'll obviously be a requirement that we have more people involved first, but live events really created that bond between people that is harder and harder to make. I have slowly been looking into classes and my goal is that most have three levels of difficulty and points are given accordingly. There are already easy classes that worth 100 HP and others that require more work are worth considerably more but it's not consistent across all classes yet. Clubs have been done in the past and I'd be all for resurrecting them, we just need people XD Same for live events, we should try to do a quizz in the near future. 75 HP - Swiftie4life+hpluver wrote:

Exams are indeed hard but there is a way to bypass it to move up the years and that is achieved with essays which are a lot easier to accomplish I like the hobby idea! I'll take a look I think we can join those two ideas in the Fandom Forum We do have a section for books, tv shows, movies and other things not related to HP, take a look here: http://hogwarts-experience.heavenforum.org/f161-mass-media100 HP - LilyFlower wrote:
