PAIRS DANCE 5: WytchKitty and Emelia (slytherin)

Emelia gracefully entered the Great Hall, the silence from the crowd as she made her entrance was drilling through her head. Her footsteps on the cold stone ground were all that was heard, and she kept her eyes to the ground at all times - not lifting them once to view her and her partners audience.

Wearing a classic emerald halter dress, it billowed from underneath her feet as she finally made her way onto the stage. Suddenly, she lifted her head as a long guitar note was strummed from the speakers. The Entrance doors opened once again as her partner, WytchKitty, entered the room...

::Wearing a long flowy type of dressed that was soft and black and green, Kitty danced in. She twirled around and did a couple of cartwheels and stopped over beside her partner. She took an elegant pose and waited for the music to start::

Now standing side by side, Emelia and WytchKitty extended their arms gracefully as the guitar's strumming became louder. The drum beat kicked into place and the two dancers leaped to each end of the stage while the lights shot out from the edges.

The pair spun inwards magnificently, their similar dresses flowing in and out of the spotlights. As they grabbed each others hands, they were suddenly pulled upwards by an invisible thread. Their feet high above the ground now, they were able to move more freely.

The background of the stage had dimmed to match the colours of the dancer's costumes. Being suspended in mid air, the girl's dresses blended in with the stage - so only their glittering arms and faces could be seen. Such terrific special effects and lighting had left the audience gaping...
