| yeah thats just in our own lala land...sadly enough thats not how it ended...but hey that other guy she dated was ok..Riley..not her soul mate but he's ook...too bad I think he was a human robot or something...the writers made Buffy go out with some weird people..
You know what I always found Ironic? They lived in Sunnydale (or whatever it was called) and all the bad stuff happens there and that was the location of the Hellohole or something...not so sunny and happy to me...lol

| It was soooo sad! Buffy went to go find him (this was really early when he just left) and something happens and he gets a wish to become mortal...and they're all happy and he gets to go out to the sun...but she gets attacked and he realizes as a mortal he cant help her or protects her...so he takes back his wish and wished that she forget about everything that happened..but he has to remember what could have been...
It's the favorite episode that I watched...I even recorded it...and I'll admit I cried at the end...lol | |

| I finally finished watching Angel today. On the whole I liked the show, but it comes nowhere close to being as good as Buffy in my opinion. Watching season one I felt was like watching early Buffy - there was more a monster of the week theme than a full on story arc. - Spoiler:
Season two I really liked, Wesley's character got a lot better and I loved the setting of the show in the hotel. I didn't particularly like Gunn at this point but as the series went on he grew on me. The Darla stuff I loved, I thought it was great that her character was brought back in that way. Finally, I LOVED the ending of the season in Pylea - it was so totally different from anything that I'd seen in Buffyverse so far and it worked really well. Season three, with Darla coming back pregnant, my initial reaction was "hmm..." In the end though I think it worked well until Connor came back as a teenager. I didn't like the actor very much, but the storyline was good enough. Season four bored me. I didn't like what they did with Cordelia - it was like she died at the end of season three and I don't think Charisma Carpenter played evil well at all. That said, I loved the episode "Spin the Bottle" and the one when Willow comes to restore Angel's soul. Season five was totally different, but I really liked it - mainly because there was lots of Spike Plus I loved the puppet episode. I didn't like the ending but I understand that it wasn't meant to end completely like that.
I liked that this filled in a lot of the blanks that I missed when watching Buffy! | |
