The aim of this section is to promote community spirit, something which this site has a great deal of.

This is your chance to set up or join clubs outside of your own house members. These clubs have to be HP or HE related in some way, or something else that's popular outside of HE/HP (like Dr who!) and the outcome will be thus:

* The club with the most members will achieve housepoints at the end of each HE year.

* Each club must organise spirit weeks where they show their club pride in their signature and in organising events to bring in new people. These spirit weeks could earn you housepoints as well. (spirit week dates must be arranged by club leader and given to me before hand)

* Each club can have inter-club competitions in which I will view and award housepoints if I think it is deserved.

* To start up a club, you must have at least 5 members to begin with. All new clubs are to be given to me with the name of the club, what it is about (ie: hermione/harry ship club), the names of those in it and the club leader.

* ALL CLUBS MUST BE PUT PAST ME, DUCK THE DUCK OR ETTA FIRST!! WE WILL OPEN THE THREADS!

* Once a club is set up, I will open a post within the forum where the above discussions and more can take place (though only discussions upon the said title of the group)

* Once one thread is full, another will be opened for you.

* The club leader MUST keep a record in their first post (the one after mine) of ALL the names of those within a club.

* Other goals such as most active club will be given housepoints thoughout the HE year

* Anyone wishing to join a club must PM the group leader with a short reason as to why they are interested in joining and what they can bring to the group.

* There must be no duplicate clubs! Please look at the club list (which will be posted with club leader in the new club forum)

*You can only belong to THREE clubs at one time. If you wish to leave one club to join another, you must submit a leaving post within that club thread and pm the club leader BEFORE joining another club! At no one time can you be part of more than three clubs!

Please check this list before requesting a club to be opened for you, as it may have already been started by another HE member. There can be no duplicate clubs!
