| I loved it too! The transformation is very interesting, it's a bit similar to Mary Poppins, but it's still good ^^ most of the time, when a kid movie is taken from a book, it's good lol | |

| Yup ^^ well both stories are about a nanny who takes care of naughty children lol. In England too ^^ at first I thought that Nanny McPhee was actually a little based on Mary Poppins, but then I saw that it was taken from a book lol ^^ | |

| This was actually surprisingly good. I love how her moles kept falling off, and the transformation in all the characters, both physical and emotional, was great | |

| I saw this film in the theaters when it first came out and I loved it. It was really cute and the story was excellent! Our beloved Emma Thompson did an excellent job. I bought the DVD as soon as it went on sale. | |

| I liked that movie too XD it was great lol! My mum cried at the end. Bleurgh she always! cries its rather annoying. But o wellingtons. Anyway back on topic *puts serious hat on* haha do you remember when teachers used to say that take of your silly hat and put your serious one on now. In primary school *giggles* Okay I really will get back on topic now. It sort of reminded me of an evil mary popins thing with the medicine and thing. "A spoonful of sugar will help the medicine go down." XD | |

| Sorry to dash in and ruin the happy happy mood around here, but I hate, hate, HATE this movie. To me it seems like a cheap copy of Mary Poppins, nowhere near as good. The nanny is basically abusing the children to get them to behave--there's that scene where due to Nanny's magic the baby is in danger or something in the kitchen and Nanny will only stop if the boy says 'please.' And the whole thing with the maid falling in love with the master is just...bleurgh and I didn't see how it fit in with the rest of the story. *gag* I really hate it. Sad thing is, my 8 year old sister loves it and so I am forced to hear it in the background on long car trips.
The only thing I like about it is that the guy works in a morgue or coffin-making place or whatever he has. Seriously, more people should work in morgues in regular movies, not just horror movies XD.

That was my first impression as well. It was not the worst movie I have seen, though I am certainly not rushing back to watch it again.
