Terry Brooks

Anyone a fan of Terry Brooks? The best fantasy writer (after Tolkien of course)
He writes the Shannara series and the Magic castle for sale series. I am hoping to read his book Jarkus rules soon. But he writes the same way as tolkien and has beautiful maps and mystic worlds and the coolesy charactors.

Terry Brooks has to be one of my favourite authors XD

I loved the Shannara series (anyone who's even slightly into fantasy should read them - starting with "The Sword of Shannara").

But, my favourite series of all time has to be the Word and Void trilogy. I mean, "Knight of the Word" is probably my most-read book. It's dark, it's fantastical, it's horrific, it's angsty, it's romantic and it's exciting. Overall, it's just amazing writing. For anyone who's interested, I've written down the book in order below.
Seriously, if you do nothing else this week, go to your library and rent out a copy of "Running With The Demon".
