I only got into Queen after Freddie Murcury died as there was so much publicity about it all, but now I love Queen! Anyone else?

I also love love LOVE Under Pressure, which they did with David Bowie. I just listen to it over and over and it never gets old :D

Queen is, well i cant find the words. It is a band that made history, and I, like you, only got into it once the band disintergrated, though I think Queen will be around forever, well the songs anyway lol

Well you see, my brother and my friend have Guitar Hero, and in that game you play a plastic guitar to rock music, but anyway, one of the songs was Killer Queen. It was like one of my favorites, btu I never got into any other Queen music honestly.

i'd have to say that my favourite song is bohemian rhapsody...it is awesome

i got into them through the long lasting obbsession that my dad has

I love it so so so so so much! My fav would have to be Killer Queen and somebody to love. I have every song they've ever made and been into the band ever since I heard The bohemian rhapsody, when I was like five. I would sing that song for hours and it would drive my mom up the wall.

If you love ice hockey, you gotta love Queen :D I mean, come ooon; how many times do they play "We will rock you" during one ice hockey game? And it never gets old either! One of my favourites is "Another one bites the dust"... me liiiiiike it ^^

Queen rocks. My Dad loves them as well so I grew up listening to them.

There style was so different as was their songs. Truly original!

How did this fall to the last page? Queen is amazing. The first full song I learned on guitar is "Love of My Life," which is also my favourite Queen song. Its simply amazing when they perform it live and get the crowd involved. It just blows me away.

Freddie Mercury is an amazingly powerful vocalist. His live performances are legendary. He was so much larger than life. His vocal range is unparalleled and I have never heard anyone with such a solid, consistent voice. He is (in my opinion) one of the greatest men to ever live.

Brian May is one of my favourite guitarists. He may not be the fastest player, but his solos are simply breathtaking. He is a simply wonderful melody guitarist, and who doesnt love his hair? Also the Red Special is a wonderful guitar, and it amazes me that he made it by himself.

Adam Lambert of American Idol (who i LOVE!) has been asked by the remaining members of Queen if he'd like to be lead singer. He wants to do his own thing for now, but he says "We'll see what happens."

I actuaaly saw an interview there now, he says it's all a rumor...but he'd love to sing with them at gigs if they want him to Queen 436937
