we know that snape made an unbreakable vow to narcissa, and there are theories that he might have made one to dumbledore as well, but i was wondering whether there may be other unbreakable vows made between people?

This is good question and I have also wondered about this my self. I wonder if there were some vows made between the marauders back in their time at Hogwarts? Or maybe between Snape and Sirius about protecting Harry.

Well, I am partial to the Snape is trustworhty thing, but i think he will erdeem himself but still, I hold grudges. I do like the idea of the snape-sirius one but i doubt they would want to hold hands so that kind of rules that one out. Maybe between Wormtail and Voldy so he won't run away.

wormtail is too much of a coward to run away so he wouldnt need an unbreakable vow as for snape and sirius i dont think i could agree with this either becuase for one thing that both have to agree to do it and i dont think snape would want to preform such a powerful spell with sirius

maybe there was one between death eaters, like they had to vow to always stay faithful to Voldemort....i dont know, but maybe

Thinking about it I think that probably most magical folk would try to avoid doing this. It's very risky and it could kill you. I don't think most magical folk would be willing to risk their lives for something like this. After all look at Snape. You could see that he didn't want to do it but he did.

Yeah, unbreakable vows are really dangerous for both parties, not just the one and could lead to too many bad consequences. The majority of the wizarding community would never consider creating one. As for Voldemort and his followers, he's frightening enough to convince people to go through with what he wants; he doesn't need to make anyone take a vow to him.
