The last we have seen of the mirror of Erised?

Will we see another appearance of the mirror in the last book, or more importantly, will it play a big part in another way?

I have been reading theories on other websites and one points out a few things that maybe we could look at.

Baring that in mind, what about others who have looked in the mirror - ron for example

Ron saw himself successful and quidditch captain and head boy! Do you think this may happen?

I think that's quite a good theory... though we never knew if Dumbledore got his pair of socks :P lol

I do believe Harry will die as well, and the Mirror of Erised could be a sign of it... I don't know lol

Well the mirror had him and his parents together... so maybe he will join them beyond the veil (in the other world)

and Ron will be Captain...

but... Dumby said that nothing is sure to become reality from this mirror

I think think is interesting but as Neville said, nothing reality is to come from the mirror.

If I remember the quote from Dumbledore it was "This mirror shows us neither knowledge or truth"

The mirror shows the deepest desires of someone and while it may reappear later on I highly doubt that anything useful will become of it.

When you look into the mirror you see what your hearts desire is. Harry's hearts desire was to see his parents. He saw them. I don't think that means he is going to die early.

I think the mirror will make a return in the 7th book. It may be used as some kind of a trap against Voldemort or may be used for Harry. His heart's desire, I am sure now is to find the remaining horcruxes. If he looks into the mirror, maybe it will show him where they are.

This could definitly help him.

Yes, I think that thats how he will know ehere to find the real locket, becasue thats what he really lwants to do, I mean he carrys the fake on ein hi spocket.. obsessed. I do not think he will die young though, in the books everyone agrees it does not tell the future

Again if this happened it would all tie in so well with the arc theory XD.
I think that it will make an appearance the mirror must have been moved after PS so I think that Harry might find a use for it.
